Worst coffee shop ever they need to get rid of the manger as she clearly doesn’t care and is always laughing at customers and talking behind customers never going in here ever again.

decided to try something different and visit this store, was very disappointed with how unwelcome i felt and was really not satisfied with my drink, will not be returning!!!

I have never had a bad experience at this coffee shop. The manager is very welcoming and friendly. He always makes sure to say hello and ask how your day is going. I love how comfortable it is there. Whenever my friends and I go study we are never bothered by anyone. The coffee is also great! It's the perfect mix between bitter and sweet that I love. I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself!

Wow, slowest costa iv ever been too. The guy in there literally drains my soul, coffee so inconsistent, dont think any of them know how to actually make a coffee. Sort it out costa!!!

Has to be the slowest Costa I've ever been in 5 staff one making sloooow coffee and the other 4 doing well not alot really !

Came in to do some work, the staff were screaming amongst themselves, started to move all the tables and chairs around me whilst I was on the phone, dusting cobwebs above my head. A very noisy atmosphere between the staff who dominate the shop floor.

Unfortunately they prioritise UberEats etc so as a walk in customer you have to wait quite a while to get served, its ridiculous! I went in today and waited over 20 minutes for a small latte. I know it isn’t the staffs fault, but they need more if they are going to be doing deliveries as well as people who come in!

It was awful! I ordered 2 flat whites which was just warm and tasted like a latte and I ordered toast which only had one side toasted and was cold, the butter didn't even melt ☹ All in all I'll not go to that shop again whilst those so called baristas are still there which hopefully will not be long 😡
