Domino's Cheshunt in Broxbourne

Abysmal, disgusting service, completely wrong order received and when I rang I was subjected to having the phone placed down for 5 minutes as I could hear them continue working, the manager then said that he would remake the pizza and send back out.. he didn’t. So if you want to be ripped off and lied to… use this outlet. First order and most definitely the last one too. Disgraceful.

We had a really lovely meal last night at your restaurant. The staff were warm and welcoming, the food great and the atmosphere relaxed. Well done to you all for creating such a lovely place for people to enjoy themselves.

The guy behind the counter was extremely rude and impolite! I believe his name was Umar. Told him he gave me the wrong order but refused to listen to me and went back to the office. There was another guy who I said I’d like to speak to the manager and guess what? He was the manager! So so disappointed and disgusted by the behaviour. Will NEVER be ordering from here and will let everyone know. Beaware guys!!!! They’re a rip off and the service you’ll receive would be horrendous!!!

Good food, just quite slow. They leave your food on the side for awhile but all in all its ok

Always good pizza, but they don't take cash.... So it's online or card only.Not anywhere was a notice to say this, its not published on their website that now its company policy no cash taken or in store.Once making my order with the cashier not once did he mention before placing my order its card only so I was in a situation... Luckily I had my card saved on my phone.But it leaves me with the thought... Those people who arnt mobile phone, online banking savvy. Or people that might not have a card.. Ie kids wanting to eat pizza but can't as no card.This day and age (I understand covid regs) but it's not been made law or made mandatory that cash is banned, its legal tender and I don't think it's right.Tesco, supermarkets, all other shops take cash except domino'sLuckily pizza hut were next door and take cash.... Domino's clearly can afford to Loose customers.Oh dear oh dear

The worst service I have ever receivedThe food is cold and half my order has not been delivered. I called to ask for my missing items and they just said they are really busy and there is nothing they can do! Unacceptable customer service and poor quality food.

I would give 0 stars if it was available. I called and the manager Omer answered, i asked for help with customising a gluten free pizza online but he was very unhelpful and rude. I told him it was for a child and he still said there's nothing he can do and put the phone down on my face. I am truly disgusted and he should be ashamed of himself.

If you have a food allergy go to pizza hut as they offer the best service,Omar at Domino's is a horrifying excuse of a manager.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Fast delivery, I was very disappointed the way it looks when I opened the box,this is the second time I order from here both was absolute mess.I don’t recommend.
