Domino's Pizza in Broxbourne

Pizza ordered at 15:00. At 15:21 it said ‘Out for delivery’.At 15:55 my wife called to ask where it was and was told the driver had just collected it.When she asked why it was showing as out for delivery for 35 minutes the rude staff member told her “it’s coming” and put the phone down.It arrived at 16:02, luke warm.Only saving grace is that the delivery driver was friendly. He confirmed he’d only just picked it up so it likely sat for 30minutes on the shelf.They really need someone answering the phones that knows how to speak to customers. If they had been pleasant we probably would have let it go!!.

We bought a pizza for £10.99 and was told we get a second one for free as they are buy one get one free and was then charged £20.99, we wasn’t give a receipt either. I called the next day to query this issue as we originally only wanted 1 pizza and was told by staff that I was trying to scam the business. Didn’t even taste nice and we actually felt sick after because it was so acidic.

Incredibly friendly staff, had a great offer on when I went. Any large pizza only £7.99 when collecting.Only took 10-15 minutes to cook, great service and great tasting pizza.

Been waiting for over 40 mins so far for this lunchtime order to go from prep to being in the oven on the app. Called the store and suddenly its in the oven. They said they were waiting on a driver and that it takes a while sometimes. Really poor service. No apology except a little wry sorry as they put the phone down. They say it could be another 20 mins. So a lunchtime order could take 1hour + for a small pizza. Avoid at peak times because the staff can't cope. So if you like pizza and don't eat at normal hours this is the place for you!

Can only order online. First time I've eaten dominos and overpriced although if ordering 2 can find an offer which cuts price in half so basically buy one get one free! Not overly impressed although was ok.

Probably the worst domino's store in the country! Food always takes minimum 1.5hours to be delivered and when it arrives the food is cold and dry like its been sat for the last hour. The staff are extremely rude and the delivery drivers think they are gangsters!!!

Not good - pizza took 30 mins to be delivered. It was cold, burnt and poor in quality. Save your money and use elsewhere!!

Awful place first time I ordered in 16 it was hours late.Took 3 years to order again and got threatened by a manager. My pizza was nearly 3 hours late so they told me was free...Took the pizza.Phone call at 10pm that night saying that the manager was sending around people to collect the money. When I said you told me it was free started shouting at me down phone!! Domino's gave me a £50 voucher to say sorry and I never spent it.Ordered today on boxing day 2021... 2 and a half hours late. Turned up stone cold. Customer service is rubbish!! Drivers rude. Refused the pizza wasn't worth the £40 it cost me. 8.20pm making food for kids ...Awful place!!! Worst Domino's in hertfordshire. The place should be closed down. Call your customer if its going to be 2 hours late!!!

2 hour delivery times for cold pizza! Ordered through the app it said it was on its way 15 minutes later and said it was delivered about 20-30 minutes after I ordered but I never got it, had to ring 3 times for them to keep telling me it's on its was I didn't get it for a little over 2 hours after ordering and it was ice cold!

Very disappointed with tonight's takeaway asked for extra sausage we was lucky if we had one piece on a slice. It was luke warm took over an hour an a quarter to arrive. The chicken dippers were in pieces all broken. Way too much sauce on the garlic pizza and our other pizza looked raw hardly cooked. Think we're be giving this take away a miss from now on.
