I've been here many times, tried the food and the drink and have been overly impressed with how polite the staff are, accommodating, and how quickly they have your order ready, despite almost always being busy. There skills as baristas is top draw and they always impress with the designs they gift you as a topping. It's the small things that keep you coming back. Please give them a try you wont be disappointed. *****

everything was delicious ,even my kids enjoyed the tea! we had blueberry muffins and as it was closing my son wanted another blueberry muffin ,he looked so sad he said he enjoyed it a lot. definitely recommend coming!

2022I felt my previous review had to be updated and changed after only giving Hoole a 2-star rating.This is now a great place with a lovely friendly team. Drinks are great, food variety good with service to your table.A nice place to escape the noisy busy competition. Good work.

Lovely coffee! It has a comfy seating lay out, where your not to close to each other! The staff are really friendly and welcoming

Got a café mocha, was great. There is lots of space available with comfy armchairs or boots. Wi-fi is available using "the could", you just need to create an account. The shop is not too noisy but I would recommend using a headset of you need to concentrate (that's what I did). Overall great place to spend time reading, studying or having a chat with friends. Note that the coffee is a bit pricey compared to other coffee shops but I think the shop setup justifies it. The shop has clean toilets for its customers.

Harris + Hoole at Cheshunt Tesco Extra is constantly messy, tables dirty, rubbish lying around, coffee stains on tables and chairs, staff often unavailable and unhelpful. Public toilets are cleaner than that particular store to begin with.Last Friday, 12 July 2019, I told one of waitresses off for dirty floor, dirty tables, dirty seats; for zero eye contact, dirty-messy coffee station, dirty dishes. If I was a Health and Safety Inspector, I would suspend their services on the spot!! This meant that Highly unpleasant dining experience.

This is the third time I've been here now & every single visit has been fantastic. The filter coffee is always fresh & has some fantastic flavour notes that you just don't expect a big chain to have (even though they're considered speciality). The staff are brilliant, happy and always so cheerful with true coffee knowledge. This store puts some well known 'specialty' shops to shame. Well done guys 👍🏼
