Istanbul Kebab Pizza & Burgers in Broxbourne

They've gone downhill. The food was poor. The meat seemed dodgy. The shish was really fatty and poor quality. Gave me a dodgy stomach later on.

Good selection of tasty food.Kebabs are perfect - I'm not a massive fan of chilli but this homemade chilli sauce is just right. Their chicken fillet burgers are good too. Friendly service, hygienic environment. Would recommend.

Ordered through Uber eatsTook over an hour to arrive no updates on the appOrder stated plain no sauce no saladWhen it finally arrived it had sauce and salad! Called to request a new one and got a reply I’m too busy your Uber eats customer get money back from them I don’t give a s**t about your order! I won’t be making or sending a new orderDisgraceful customer service! Yes I ordered through Uber eats but the order was made to yourself!

Very unhappy with the order we received. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes on a Wednesday evening. Then they also forgot our drinks and had to return.The kebab was dry and the chips were cold. Not only this but they didn't seem to be bothered

WORST PLACE DONT ORDER! YOU WONT GET YOUR FOODI am so glad that everyone also has had problems with this place. Its not that they forgot your order - its that they ate your order.I ordered from this place. Watched the driver walk back to the car with my food and drive away.I then called where they where extremely rude unhelpful and advised i was not their customer, but a customer or just eat.After months of yo-yo ing between the two i gave up.going back to the driver, I advised that the driver had a silver car. that i watched them leave with the food but according to the driver he left it on my door step. (he didn't) - they then gave me the drivers number as they didn't want to deal with me and the driver was adamant that he gave the food to me, then it was on the porch then it was on my door step.just received an SMS from this place stating that I could get a pizza on buy one get one half price. that angered me so much, all the past anger that had settled down is back.I have asked them to remove my details as I will keep complaining until I get my refund... or I forget about them again.

Wouldn't even give them one star! Just recieved our delivery and half the order was missing. Called to complain and after speaking to a young girl that clearly didn't know even the basics, was told from an extremely rude man that they were too busy to rectify the problem! When I complained he told me to f off and put the phone down!!!!!!! I called back numerous times and was then threatened! Will never order from here again. Stay well clear!

Chicken doner was dry and overcookedNo red cabbage, no chilli peppers.Portions tiny yet we paid for large. Chips were a joke I think I counted 25 chips and they were a large too.No garlic whatsoever on the garlic bread.

Went in ordered from here and got to doner kebabs. More salad than anything else will definitely be going 30 second walk down the road next time. Also to add the driver that was delivering to other people had 3 of his mates in the car due in the pandemic and lockdown. Dreadful

Not great. Had plenty of times and been pleased. Today they wanted to increase the price although different to advertised website price. No garlic bread delivered and everything way over cooked. Have used for 2-3 years but not again. Disappointed!!

Whilst parts of the order were good and they were willing to deliver so far away was good, there were some major issues I have with Istanbul kebab that means I shall not be ordering from them again.There were mistakes made in the order and when I phoned to clarify, they were very reluctant to engage and arguably rude. The kebab was also poorly cooked resulting in my partner being very ill. The only difference in food we'd had that day is that I did not touch the kebab.These two combined are why this review is so negative. I hope in future they will be able to improve or I can see them losing more customers. I will not be ordering from them again and would implore others to avoid it also.
