Such a good Turkish restaurant, food is consistently good and at a good price. The set menu for lunch is definitely worth a try. Overall great restaurant

The place looked nice, the food was ok but the customer service was absolutely horrible! We waited 1h 30mins for the food, but other people were being served who came after us. I asked the lady for a jug of water, and she said in the rudest way possible "If you want a jug go to McDonalds." I felt ashamed and embarrassed. The portion sizes of the bread, sauce and salad was horrendous. They gave 5 peices of bread to a table of 11, 2 tiny dishes of sauce for the whole table & a tiny bowl of salad. Horrible place, never coming back!

Came here to celebrate my mums’ birthday. Everything started off well and friendly at first with taking drink orders and then food, but then increasingly declined as the evening went on. When the time came to present the cake, we requested they bring it over as some of the group had to leave. 30 mins later and several requests, the cake gets dumped onto the table without the candles being lit, totally spoiling the surprise with how we wanted to present it to my mum (obviously already lit). It then took another 15 mins for them to bring a lighter, which was also dumped on the table for us to light ourselves. My sister-in-law queried why it took them so long to bring the cake if they weren’t lighting it, to which we received no response. Service was appalling, didn’t receive an apology or any acknowledgement of this when raised to them, so I requested the service charge be removed due to poor service, still no apology. The food was dry, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Lavaz and Gokyuzu are much better and the staff are friendlier, go there if you can!

Very poor service, really poor attitude, unbelievable long dealy to eat, we spent about 80' to bring our mains. At the end, no apologies and not even a thank you for paying ÂŁ98.Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Many other Kervan restaurants in the area with much better attitude

Lovely restaurant. Nicely decorated, plenty of seating. Disabled parking at the front of the restaurant, and ample parking across the road. Restrooms are clean. This place offers a lunchtime menu as well as a evening menu. The pricing is reasonable. Mostly grilled meats, couscous and rice. Lots of salads, breads and various dips are on offer. The portions are generous. There are vegan and vegetarian dishes available. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend it.

In an area with so many Turkish options, Kervan Saray really stands out. Rich velvet seating is just part of the bold design. The service, the food, and the ambience are all çok güzel!Highly recommended if you find yourself in Waltham Cross, and well worth the trip from further afield. If you found my review or photos helpful, please leave a thumbs up 👍 Thanks!

Excellent meal. Really good service despite how busy they were. Even when there was a slight problem they managed to rectify very quickly.Everybody in the group really enjoyed the food and the value for money was excellent.
