Lavas in Broxbourne

Oily and cold old food, I have emailed them twice and no reply, seems like they have really bad management as the food is old reheated and boxed delivered cold, the lamb donner was old and crusty. I never had a problem with them last few times I have ordered, Maybe they have just given up on the service they used to deliver. The food was horribly smelly and not the same as before. We did not enjoy this at all, will not be ordering again from Lavas turkish.

Never ever again. 2 kebabs SWIMMING in sauce and completely ruined. Over an inch of soggy throw up looking ‘sauce’ swimming in both boxes. Mega kebab or go home.

We have a great time and the service was great, the team was very accommodating.

Took my daughter here for her birthday. I have no complaints. We both have allergies and we were looked after. I booked by phone a call back to double check what my allergies were. The lady was friendly and accommodating. The food was quick and delicious. Prices are reasonable. Will visit there again. Thank you lavas

I waited almost 2 hours for my food to have it turn up cold, over cooked and dry. Telephone manner needs improving, talking to other members of staff whilst trying to place a order really frustrated me and then have the cheek to ask me to repeat myself. Delivery driver turns up speaking on he's phone and very rudley hands me my food whilst talking on he's headset. Won't be ordering from here again especially as my replacement food after I complained took another hour

Waited over an hour for food delivery which was only ment to be half hour wait,then when called to say tell them the food was cold and chips like rubber they tell me next time i order ( which wont be happening may i add) they will give me free chips when i spent £20 quid on food which was poor quality i litrally live 2 mins from here but as i have a young child could not get out disgusting will not be ording again or recommending!.

The brand new restaurant is lovely. Very friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere with nice surroundings. The waiter made or visit very pleasant and the dessert menu is optimal! Loved the brown derby! Main courses, a big variety and a twist of the normal Turkish cuisine. Lovely :)
