Couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough! All the family enjoyed, food is great quality at a reasonable price. Definitely one of the best Turkish restaurants in the area!

Food is expensive for what you get. If you're prepared to depart with £55 and receive £25 worth of food it's the perfect restaurant for you. Restaurant staff are in denial when spoken about it. They lied about serving cous cous with their mezzom special. Shop bought salad. They need to look at their menu and really think about their quality and value.

Food great! service poor at times, very inconsistent and can leave you sat without food for over and hour with no apology or update. Prefer those cenue for take aways even if the lady shouts at you about getting cash and the machine is in the sweet shop next door

Bring Greek myself married to a Turkish Cypriot, we know how kebabs should be. Today we went for mother's day and I took my mother in law, wife and 2 kids for lunch. We ordered standard 2 lamb shish and 1 mix shish with the kids having chicken nuggets and chips.The service was absolutely superb. The head waiter was brilliant with the kids and his service was fantastic, making sure we were comfy and happy. We initially was seated by the window but we asked to move and that wasn't a problem.Although the food presentation was excellent, I'm afraid it was not something I would recommend to friends and family nor would I return.The meat was marinated in milk which made it extremely soft and rich in taste, almost sickly like. After 2 or 3 bites, I wouldn't have known I was eating lamb or chicken. It could have been fish, pork, beef...anything and it would have had that sickly rich taste.I looked around the restaurant and although it was busy, there were no fellow Turks or Greeks in there, which does suggest the restaurant caters more for the locals who perhaps don't know any better.2/5 because of the service, but the food was disappointing.

Food was nice but the service was appalling. Only customers in there and found all the staff having lunch. I have no problems with workers eating but all at the same time and neglecting the diners. Nobody asked how the food was, would we like another drink,more bread or salad.In my opinion GO SPARKS in hoddesden.

I have drove past this place so many times living near by and i always thought it looked really nice but was hesitant as it always looked quiet from the outside. We booked for my mums birthday and the service and experience was incredible. Never judge a book by its cover, the attention to detail and hosting was brilliant and this restaurant has customer service down to its finest. As a manager of hospitality myself my expectations are set very high and i honestly feel like i found a gold mine! The waiter Musty is absolutely brilliant and he really went above and beyond with passion! You can really see he loves what he does and this is the secret behind the perfect service! Thank you Musty, we will be back for sure! This will be my new go to place! Totally shocked by some of the reviews on here about food in the microwave, the meat was on point and being Turkish myself i know what good looks like. My advice is go for the special or mix grill absolute bargain with lots of choice! Many thanks, the family with the magic candles!

We booked for mid Sunday afternoon expecting a crowd but when we got there we were the only customers. The resturant decor is modern.The welcome was warm from front of house staff.We had starters and mains. All four dishes were delicious.Next time we would book for a bit later for a bit of atmosphere with other diners but I suppose someone has to be first to arrive...this is not a negative comment on this place.

Excellent meal, excellent customer service. Table of 6 we all ordered different things and no one had any complaints. Great friendly service from the waiter who made us feel very welcome.
