Mint Leaf in Broxbourne

Food was nice but they added another two dishes to the order. When we telephoned to tell them about this they were very argumentative and rude. So we wouldn't order from here again. So bear this in mind if you order from here. They asked for the extra dishes back! Don't order from here.

Diabolical service, food order received incorrectly despite repeating back order on call. Staff and manager (Abdul) EXTREMELY rude and argumentative. Wanted us to return unwanted dishes that night to get a refund. Absolute disgusting customer service, won't be returning. Please don't use this indian the staff are vile!

We ordered food and waited for almost 2 hours. The food still hasn't arrived until we called to ask. The answer is to wait another 20 minutes.😪😪

Food was average. Dishes that aren’t supposed to be spicy were spicy, even though we ordered it all non-spicy for my wife. Don’t usually have this problem with the other Indian restaurants in town.Tarka Dall left my mouth burning, I’ve never had a spicy tarka dall before…Phoned them back and they assured me it was non-spicy and were too reluctant to remedy the order.

In the past I've bought many good meals from Mint Leaf, but two days ago bought two mains which were very poor & rice seemed to have been warmed up. However, I'll give them another try in a month or so.

Absolutely appalling. Our expected delivery time was 7.40pm (a hour after we ordered) at 7.50pm We get a text saying it’s now expected at 8.05pm. At 8.15 still no food. We call and hasn’t even left yet. They said it’ll be Another 10 minutes.. we then received our food it find dishes missing and WRONG. It was also COLD. Obviously been waiting to be delivered for a while or just forgotten about. I called and they offered to send the rest of the food again but would be another 30 minutes. I asked for a refund and got told they could only offer me a discount on my next meal. I never want to order from there again. I obviously don’t want a discount. I wanted my money back and even offered to drive my own food back to receive it. Still wasn’t possible. So I had to agree to have to WHOLE order sent again. And wait again for another 30 minutes. The customer service from the front desk to the delivery driver was just unacceptable. I’m now eating food at 9pm at night that isn’t even to a great quality. DONT EXCEPT AN ORDER IF YOU CANT DO IT.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I have just received from MintLeaf. They parked on my lawn not my driveway, which can fit at least 7 cars on it. Then had the cheek to moan that we were too far out for them to deliver between 7-9 as they are too busy ( we ordered at 5:30, delivery was made at 6:30) and was asked in future to collect or order before 7. Why accept a delivery order if you don’t want to deliver!!! Awful service.
