Spice Tandoori in Broxbourne

I would never try Spice Tandoori for the simple fact they plastered their advert on my door. If they do not respect other people's property, I can't see them respecting their customers.If it happens again, I will visit the store and demand the manager comes and remove it.

Terrible food probably the worst Indian meal I've ever had, would not recommend

Ordered online, food arrived as per estimated time. All currys were delicious, warm and tasty , especially the chicken tikka and lamb dish. The califlour baji was bit oily. Definitely will order again.

I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! IT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR!!!DISGUSTING attitude from this restaurant this evening. I have previously ordered twice and had  a great experience. Today I was going to order online but couldn't see rice or naan on the menu, so I had put my order in the basket except for 2x pilau rice and 1x naan. My order was showing as £22.45 and when I called I was told it's £39.XX ..I simply and politely asked if he could check he had totalled it correctly and was spoken to disgustingly. I asked how much pilau and naan was and he said £2.90 per item so my bill should have been around £31 (where has the extra £8 come from)? I had also asked if we would get a free bottle of drink as the website states you will on orders over £30, he laughed and said they're not doing this anymore as everything is so expensive. The Man was SO, SO RUDE, I was actually taken aback. He repeatedly said check the website, you're on the wrong one. I read the URL to him and asked if he could confirm my order and the price for each item. The first thing (mixed starter) he said was £6.95 but it's £4.95 on the website right now. He said I'm looking at a website from 2 years ago.?.?.?.? I was completely polite the entire time and said I just wanted to clarify the prices as it seemed a lot (especially when my last two orders wasn't much smaller and was £23-£26). The Man aggressively said he isn't here to aggravate me so do I want the order or not as he doesn't care either way. Order cancelled (he hung up on me) I can safely say I will never order from here ever again!!!

slow to deliver, salad was dried out and was inedible, onion bargees were overcooked dried out and hard..... i always spend over £30,+ always give a tip and never get the free bottle of 7up. that they advertise because it`s never offered!/supplied. other times the order is not complete and items have been missing, there`s no point complaining....because in there minds they think your out for a freeby but there standards have dropped and they cannot see it. they have now lost a regular customer......who wont be back.

Shouted at down the phone for chasing an order that was already late. Screamed and shouted at so aggressively by the man on the phone - left my 4 year old in tears listening to the man shouting at his mum. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered a takeaway for me and my family only for the chicken madras to be extremely watery , all curry dishes were very watery with no taste . The egg rice was very oily and not edible . The naan was burned and the poppadums were soft!!! I ordered just when they opened so there shouldn’t have been issues with everything. I won’t be returning . Money down the drain 😞

Took almost two hours for delivery. Order arrived cold and greasy! My partners dansak went straight in the bin. My curry was tasteless had to bin it too. We’ve ordered pizza instead. We called the place twice, as did deliveroo. Both times told us the food was on its way. Can’t have been true as we live nearby. Do not order from here!

I placed an order on ubereats this evening on Saturday 13th February. We collected our order from the shop and returned home. Sitting down to eat our meal , we have noticed the order was incomplete and incorrect. We phoned the shop to question our order, the man on the phone said his ubereats system was down and wasn't receiving the order correctly. We explained what we had received and what was missing. The man said he would send us the food missing but it would take 20/25 minutes to arrive. When the missing food arrived 20 minutes later, the driver tried to charge us another 70p. When looking at the food we received it was still incorrect and food was missing. We called back the shop again to complain. The reception we received was poor and the man didn't seem to see the issue. A dish had a hair stuck to the lid also. The man asked us to contact ubereats as it wasn't an issue with him. We returned again to the shop. The man was very rude, talking over us and was not willing to resolve the issue. When asking for a refund he asked us to contact ubereats as the system wasn't working and his orders wasn't coming through. We were shown a a hand written order that they had copied from the site which was correct. We explained that was not what we received, even though they had written it down. The man told us to leave his store and to go somewhere else as it wasn't his problem. I explained to him that if the orders wasn't coming through correctly, surely it was his responsibility to stop taking orders from uber. The service was poor which has never happened before. We have ordered there a few times before with no problems. This is not acceptable and would have hoped for a better resolution to our problem. After being asked to go somewhere else, thats what I intend to do. £40 of my money has been wasted on food that was incorrect and not resolved with a hair stuck to a dish which was off putting.

Today I am order spice tandoori tandoori mixed girl and lamb,chicken, vegetables curry dishes.All of the food very tasty. Food ingredients lovely taste my family’s enjoy very happy for this food.Delivery was quick and food was warm.Thanks for spice tandoori cook. I would really recommend this Takeaway.
