Sub Xpress in Broxbourne

Just had a pizza and it was burnt bland and tasteless. Staggered the take away is owned by an Italian. Delivered spag bog which was rubbish too. Sauce awful too. First and last time I will use this poor excuse for a food establishment. Shame.

Probably one of the best gluten free and vegan pizzas I've had in my life, knocks pizza express out of the running, not even sure how the base is so fluffy. Staff are always nice and they have great 2 for 1 deals so I'd have this every week if it was healthy!

Awful food Especially pastas sauces awful -Subs are burnt most of time . yuck the tuna they put in subs is rank & yellow . Staff not friendly . Breakfast are awful especially scrambled egg looks gelled not scrambled . I asked for some toast for my niece s breakfast but staff at till said you have to pay extra for it does not come with Childs breakfast ? Seriously . Adult breakfast come s with toast . Never go there again .Also think they should have health Hygiene in because cleanliness is awful in there seen staff trying to brush with a mangled broom , etc . Kitchen is so dirty & disgusting I would not order food from there ever again Awful.

Delicious pasta and variety of food choices. I enjoy the time with spaghetti pesto there.

Polite staff greeted us very well ordered 2 breakfasts well cooked bacon 2 cups tea not along wait for food it was as amazing so hot it burnt you mouth ,(please blow in future) there was that much couldn't eat it all which was a shame to waste. Great tasting tea great food which was served and laid out correctly plate was hot which helps to keep food hot . Highly recommend will be back soon.

Always had good experiences there. The restaurant isn’t the nicest but it’s decent, usually I order takeaways. Their garlic bread and Nutella flatbreads are amazing, and great prices. Staff are polite and friendly as well!

Incredible food! Had it delivered and it's was a lovely greeting. Can tell they really care about their customers to make sure they have the best service! :)

(This review is based on dining in restaurant)I ordered a sub and a refillable cup drink and I was DISGUSTED when the woman behind the till kept touching the front of her face mask which was very unhygienic, and to make things worse, she handed me my cup with all 4 of her fingers inside of the cup and also touched the end of my straw when placing it in the cup for me 🤢Complete lack of awareness for proper hygiene from the woman running the food and behind the till.This is a real shame because the subs here are really tasty and good portion sizes but I was let down by this.5* food1* service and hygiene

First time here today, walked in and to be honest wasn't expecting much ,had a bit of a motor way service station feel,but the staff were friendly,it has a 5 star hygiene certificate,and the food was really lovely and really fresh,my daughter loved her pasta,I had a sub and have to say it was a million times better then a certain well known chain! Proper fresh bread and stuffed with fresh salad and lovely quality meat, so thank you 😊
