Taste of Cyprus in Broxbourne

Ordered, waited for an hour for food to come but it did not arrive. After calling 50 times with no answer we drove past to see the shop was shut. No message for closure and nothing posted on social media.

I ordered the Falafel gyro wrap. It was extremely dry and had a minimal amount of any salad. Very disappointed and unfortunately ended up in the bin after one bite. I hope the restaurant will listen to the comments below and improve the service.Photo disclaimer: falafel has been torn by me, into smaller pieces in hope it would be easier to swallow and some extra tzatziki added for moisture.

I paid almost 14£ for this "Extra Large" Chicken and Pork Souvlaki to takeaway. When I arrive home I realised how small it was for 14£. Plus, I waited the order for almost 30min. Not big surprises with the quality of the food, the standard taste.

Gone downhill massively! We used to love taste of Cyprus but went in today to get a takeaway and firstly ordered chicken nuggets and chips for my son which ended up being chicken wings and he doesn’t eat meat off the bone, we ordered souvlaki mix and it was bone dry, the sheftalia was bone dry, tasted horrible and ended up in the bin, chips didn’t taste fresh either. The best bit was the pita the only thing that ended up eaten the rest was thrown! So disappointed as it was a Father’s Day treat too. Won’t be coming back. £50 down the drain

Was told food would be ready in 15 min. Turned up on time and everything is just unorganised. Ended up waiting 40 min.You can't keep people waiting like that its just not good customer service. Food was ok.

Worst food I’ve ever had. Fist of all I waited 20 minutes with 0 customers for a single souvlaki. I’m even going to describe how the food was, disgusting and dry! Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Just moved to the area and was excited to find a Greek gyro delivery but that was not a Greek gyro - where was the tzatziki? The salad? The chips? And why did it have doner meat in it? And the mixed souvlaki are £18 had 2 skewers of dry meat and a quarter of a pitta bread. Very underwhelmed and will not be ordering again.

The food is nice but they tell you 45 minutes for delivery but it's always over an hour. We just waited an hour and a half and food arrived stone cold. Won't be ordering from there again!!

Orded from just eat. Phone staff are very nice and great at answering questions. I got a platter with additional mousakka. Delivery was quick and food was nice. Big portions

Great place to have a birthday party and the suckling pig on charcoal was gorgeous. Absolutly amazing cake from Prestige Patisserie.
