Nice and fast service! Salted egg tofu is really good

So this is a VERY good Chinese restaurant. Having lived in Asia I know.In fact for what it represents, it is the best authentic restaurant in Cambridge that I've been to.Service quick, smooth & attentive.Large varied, if not exciting Chinese menu, being particularly strong in Sichuan (spicy) food.Rice quantities however poor I thought (Probably because we weren't Chinese) This was not good enough.Restrooms poor. But survivalable.I recommend this restaurant.

Lovely food. Tried the Mapo Tofu and some Szechuan dishes which were very nice. The spicy and the peppery ones were different and complementary. They also accommodated our special requests.

I tried mapo tofu, and beef noodles in spicy broth.Great location at the downing street, so I drop by for lunch.I really like the welcoming vibes of the staff. When I took a vegan friend to the restaurant, they accommodated our request and provided vegetarian version of mabpo tofu. It's not super cheap (12 pound per dish including service charge) but affordable. I like it

The food was a bit too salty. We ordered to some squid. The squid pieces weren't completely separated. The frog tasted a bit fishy - more ginger should have been added.

Fantastic meal, authentic food, and great service. The staff were very accommodating and helped recommend some dishes based on our preferences. Will definitely be visiting again.

Good food quality. The dumplings 🥟 are delicious. However, some of the dishes were too spicy for me to eat. The sour white fish noodles 🍜 had lots of green chillies and all my mouth (and stomach afterwards) was in pain, even though I ended up eating only the fish. It would be nice if the menu had some indication of how spicy the dishes are. On the other hand, the menu is full of pictures, so it’s easy to figure out what each this is. The English can be very weird at times (check attached photo of “desort” 😅).The service could be a bit better. We had to insist several times until we got some tap water. If you like spicy food, you’ll probably love everything. Next time I think I’ll stick to dumplings 😅 🌶

Not bad food . But if you never had proper chinesee food just take aways better ask your waiter to explain exactly what the dish contains.I had nice pig ears for the starter . However portion has been too big as for starter and cold.Big selection of lovelly dumplings and dim sums

Ground floor was nice, stylish with pleasant relaxing retro Western music. The waitress was nice and polite but barely spoke English. We asked for tea and water, which they forgot about, but quickly served it after a reminder. The food was produced rather quickly.Instead of egg fried rice we got simple steamed rice (probably the waitress misunderstood). The food - chicken sweet & sour and sizzling aubergine - was very tasty.I paid by card and the waitress used contactless without asking me and then refused to give me a customers copy of receipt as, according to her, contactless payment does not produce a customer's copy. Weird. This cost them tips.Toilets are dirty and 2 or of 3 toilets were missing soap. Just this alone cost them a star.
