Rudest man I have ever met serving in a cafe. 2 awful experiences. Unfortunately close to where I live and undurpringly never busy.

Overpriced and just geared for the tourists

We ordered a latte and flat white, the difference was indistinguishable. Neither had any trace of foam which is standard at any cafe in the UK. The flatwhite was the same size as the latte and both were watery and underwhelming, probably because the barista murdered the milk with the steamer. We expected a premium product for the premium price (£5+ for both). I raised my concerns to the barista who informed me he hasn't received a complaint in 16 years and that he was trained to make coffees as they are in Italy. Unfortunately I feel he is out of touch with expectations of the UK public. He was however very reasonable and pleasant to speak with. The pictures on the Google plus page led us to believe we would be drinking decent quality coffee but what we experienced was the complete opposite.
