Cafe Oriental & Dumpling Bar in Cambridge

My partner and I love this place our kids do to, food is fresh and tasty, staff are great even with our ultra messy children. Only one small problem is that at the moment you can't order vegetable fried dumplings which used to be my go to dish. So I tried the vegetable noodle soup which was totally awesome so we will definitely be making the hour drive to Cambridge next time its one of our birthdays or if we somehow find some spare cash.

This place is located outside the Grafton mall and is a really good restaurant for Asian food. It's not too pricey and the food is definitely worth it. They have a lot of options as well making it a great place to satisfy your hunger. It's also a really nice place to just hangout at as it doesn't get too busy as well. The dim sum is the highlight of the foods here and is something I would definitely recommend getting when you're here!

If you go here, you absolutely must get the roast duck noodle soup. It's the best one I've been able to find anywhere in Cambridge or London (the vegetable one is also very good). The staff are friendly and efficient but it can get quite busy which slows things down. A must visit in Cambridge.

What a great authentic place this is! We love having lunch here, the service is always with a smile and they really do their best, even in busy times to be quick and efficient. Highly recommend if you are in the Grafton area and fed up with the usual chains that give you so-so food for the same price (what you see in my pictures cost less than 19£ and fed two grown people).

Me and my partner were particularly impressed with this experience. I would have settled just for the chicken dumplings (because they are absolutely delicious), but also got amazing service! The lady who welcomed us was very accomodating, allowed us to order egg-fried rice, which was not on the menu, so we could serve it with the dumplings. She was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Food was perfect, and the Bubble tea & peanut filled rice balls (dessert) were very tasty as well. Would recommend it to anyone, we will certainly go again.

Amazing dumplings and kimchi! We had the fried vegetarian dumplings and the golden & jade dumplings - all of them delicious.
