A lot of people and noisy, but the waiters were pretty nice

35 minutes since I walked in until I got my order. 20 minutes to order and 15 minutes to get my 2 coffees ( 1 black americano and 1 latte with coconut milk ) and a porridge. There were 2 coffees sitting on the counter and I was asking if those are mine. One of the baristas said "I don't know" and he walked away. When the other barista came with the porridge he proceeded to ask if this is my coffee - the one sitting on the counter. Am I the one supposed to track orders?Yes, there was a queue and yes, my order was started by a trainee but the other 2 people were not trainees. And the speed and quality of service was below anything I ever saw in my life.Oh, and the black americano turned out to be a white americano.

So convenient coz just in front of the train station. Big space indoor n outdoor seatings. Always nice coffee n so handy to get coffee on the go.

Always great customer service. The team is moving fast you don't need to wait for an order to long. Great variety of tea, coffee, etc

Had a good experience and the staff is friendly as well. The atmosphere and the inside of the restaurant also nice. Can calmly work at the cafe with a great coffee. Always like cafe nero

Delicious coffee and an abundance of vegan deserts. They run out quickly though, so I think they should stock up on more vegan snacks!

This is my first timing buying at Nero. Large latte £3.08, the sausage bread £3+. Isn't it way more expensive than other cafes?? The latte was not extraordinarily good, just okay. I was hoping it to be cheaper since it's a chain cafe.

First visit to the Cambridge station Caffe Nero ... waiting for my daughter to arrive. A comfortable open space, not overly noisy ... a rustic type feel to it ... I tried the margarita pizza along with a latte ... both were delicious .... a nice clean space inside and out. A designated outdoor Seating area with table and chairs to sit and enjoy your coffee, watching the world go by.

Nice place to sit down and relax if you wanna kill some time around the train station. The place is usually quite and the big windows allows plenty of light in. There are many comfortable armchairs and some places have wall plugs with USB ports too!If you like coffee, don't miss to buy a box of dark chocolate coated coffee beans! ;-)
