Caffe Nero in Cambridge

Perhaps worst Caffe Nero where I have visited. Never had so bad Mocha and looking the coffee maker looks it has not been cleaned for ages. Staff really took their time getting order done, was more important to chat with them.

Really rude and unfriendly server. Asked for a pistaccio iced latte, was given something that looked like a milkshake and was told that there's no coffee in the pistaccio iced latte.

The service here has been really poor for a while. I've kept coming back to save up to get my free coffee. I finally handed in my card today and the woman completely forgot about my order. In the end I had to just say to leave it but I still managed to miss my train. It's a real shame because it's actually nice inside.

Had a really good coffee here, well made with attention paid to the details. Staff all seemed engaged and happy.

Update 1 day after review: management have disabled Click and Collect for this store, so the below issue won’t happen again.It’s good to know that the management at this store are proactive.—Good coffee, but don’t bother with click and collect as those orders will go ignored.Waited for 12 minutes waiting by the click and collect sign, and another four minutes when I went up and asked them where it was.Did not receive any apologies whatsoever.If your staff are not going to process click and collect, please don’t offer it at this store because it really lets the experience down a bit.

Service was efficient and friendly although our money, a fifty pound note was refused! Both coffees were bitter, served in dirty cups and the egg mayo sandwich was tasteless. The tray was filthy and the spoons no better. The seating area was filthy, dust, dead insects fluff and debris. No way would I contemplate using the toilets ugh the thought of what I might find discouraged me. Puts me off trying other Nero outlets.

We had half an hour before our train so decided to go for a coffee at this Nero café in front of the station.. OMG the personnel was sooo slow I couldn't believe my eyes... We asked for 4 coffees, by the time the last was ready the first one was cold... It took them soo long we had to run to catch our train without even finishing the cappuccino!!! Ridiculous!

Lovely coffee but the seating areas are dirty and there's thick dust on the partitions. If you don't care about these things and don't mind competing with dirty coffee cups for the space, then just enjoy the beverages!

A lot of people and noisy, but the waiters were pretty nice

Nice place to sit down and relax if you wanna kill some time around the train station. The place is usually quite and the big windows allows plenty of light in. There are many comfortable armchairs and some places have wall plugs with USB ports too!If you like coffee, don't miss to buy a box of dark chocolate coated coffee beans! ;-)
