food was late, staff didn’t even attempt to listen to me about a hair being in my food… awful quality, awful place. please for your own sake don’t use them

Drep fried feathers and processed meat!!! Called them and complained about it and got told that i can do whatever i want!!

Small portions, shoddy quality, big prices. Slow service and the wrong order.

The experience was really good. They have a really fast delivery service. Also the food is value for money since they are giving a large portion. Less waiting time. Delicious food. The meal deal is really a good option to a quick lunch.

Management must maintain COVID compliance for customer and staff.

Spent nearly £18 on 2x chicken burgs meals and extra chicken wings, and they dont even have the decency to check burgers of all sauces within the burgers before they push out the service. You'd expect the basics when being charged like city and top end places. Very Expensive place, doesn't reflect their service or food. Not recommended. 2* because of the chips which were nice and the burger was ok. Wings were dry, hard and salty.

I have ordered from here several times and the consistency with food quality is poor. I once had an amazing classic chicken burger that made me keep ordering from here however every time I have ordered since it's been diabolical.- Not receiving exactly what I have ordered- Received cold food this evening- Some very overcooked dry chicken toThis has to be my last order as I have been let down soo many times by poor quality. Should be removed from deliveroo, this company do them no justice.

I've ordered quite regularly for the past couple of years and the food has always been consistent but the most appealing factor was that it was incredibly reasonably priced, for Cambridge.I would imagine it's to counter service fees from their partners such as Deliveroo but sadly over the past few weeks Chicken Cottage has significantly increased their prices across the board.I like the guys that work here and their delivery drivers are always friendly, so I'd still recommend giving their food a go but they are no longer good value for money.

First off these people need to learn criticism and stop bashing customers on honest reviews. Second off, you guys are so rude to your customers and before you make up any excuses, I’m pretty sure over 100 people complained about the overall rudeness of staff. The food is good I’ll admit but the service is too poor, yes there are some nice employees but most of them are very rude, disrespectful and not very nice people. PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS CRITICISM and stop countering every single comment when people are expressing their opinion.
