Possibly one of the best pubs I have ever visited. We popped in for a beverage with our 9 month old Pointer. We're socialising her and the staff were more than accommodating of this and made a fuss of her.The sanitary products for free in the toilets, chefs kiss 💋

A rather late booking for 17: 9 adults, 4 kids, 2 babies and 2 dogs.... we experienced wonderful friendly and efficient service. We were made to feel very welcome. Despite an oven issue (which we were told about when we booked) the food was absolutely delicious. I had mushroom and broadbean stroganoff and then a chocolate/almond/raspberry pudding. All fantastic.Thank you for making a long overdue reunion of friends so enjoyable.

Atmosphere: friendly, welcoming, diverse and interesting people. A great place to just be.Drink: excellent beers. Especially excited to see Tiny Rebel on tap.Food: I didn't try, but saw some excellent dishes being served and others rated the food highly.Come here to enhance your day. I would be willing to bet you will feel enriched by your visit.

Yummy food, very accommodating for all the family's dietary requirements! Friendly staff, just a pity we had to chase them up for a refund of our booking fee? Unsual to actually take payment ahead of arrival. I thought this was to be taken if you cancel last minute or don't turn up?! Otherwise lovely evening out, thank you.

What a friendly little pub. Met up with my godmother while she was staying in Cambridge from Italy. Had a wonderful meal. All our food was delicious, four of us had two courses (one had three)and ate every single thing. It was so tasty

I think I can clearly say the best Sunday roast I ever had in my life! We opted for the slow cooked beef brisket. The staff is amazing and so welcoming and homey. Would definitely visit again on a cold winters day <3

Had a fantastic meal here. The staff were all lovely and they created a great atmosphere in the pub. The mussels in Chorizo ragu was outstanding and I highly recommend it. We got to meet the owner who was super friendly and great to talk to.

One of the best meals we've had in ages. We saw the reviews, realised we were staying around the corner from the pub and managed to get an early table. We ordered the tiger prawns with sourdough. They arrived hot, in a delicious and very spicy oil. The superb padron peppers topped with manchego cheese and chorizo also had a bit of heat to them. The falafel on top of the Greek salad were the best we've ever had. Usually, chefs add extra parsley to accent falafel. Here, they were loaded with extra cumin—heavenly. The duck dumplings with homemade kimchi were inspired. Steamed almond pudding made with ground almonds was worth fighting over. Glad we also got a scoop of the homemade caramel ice cream. The prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality of the food and the service was outstanding. Impressive selection of reasonably-priced wines, too.

We visited here for dinner with our parents and ordered starters mains and a dessert. The starters were fantastic. The mains were fantastic. My burger was the best burger I’ve had in a very long time! The staff were very friendly and efficient. The owner came and said hi and humoured our parents. Very enjoyable visit!

Enjoyable good pub grub. My fish and chips were unquestionably enjoyable. Crispy fresh chips and tasty decently cooked fish. I need to return to sample the beer! Others had a good lunch too! The ham egg and chips, burger all reported as excellent!
