We have just had a chicken rice bowl as a takeaway. This was the best curry I've had in a long time. Plenty of chicken and vegetables. As we are only visiting Cambridge I'm sad we didn't find this before.Great food and good prices. Very lovely people too.

Lovely food, very authentic! I highly recommend the prawns with rice cake; fish in chilli oil. My friends and I all absolutely enjoyed the food, the owner is very nice and charming as well, would definitely go again!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but today I popped in to just get chips and curry sauce. I'm not from the area so I didn't know what the pricing is like in Cambridge. When she said it was £5.20 I thought that's a lot but assumed it's the going rate and thought they must be really good quality chips and nice sauce so just paid it. I was shocked when I saw about 10 burnt chips and a curry sauce with a skin on. I was too shocked and in too much of a rush to complain so I just took them. It wasn't until after I found out they are massively overpriced for Cambridge. So I feel like I was ripped off here.

It was the worse Chinese food I have tasted. It was horrible. Very boring.no taste my dog even wouldn't go near it that says alot. Quite expensive too. Took over 2 hours to get to me. And the delivery driver stayed at the door and not backed off a bit...

A pretty decent Chinese restaurant and takeaway. I’ve had lots of good food from Colala, especially prawn in black bean sauce and prawn in curry sauce. The crispy squid is also enjoyable. Staff serve customers with a smile.

The quality of food lacks consistency. Take outs are always bad. Lunches are average - I had aubergine and mince pork rice. Eat in dinner is significantly better, though not amazing. The food is generally saltier than what I have expected.

Great place to eat!!I was with three others and we were seated quickly and had our drinks order taken on arrival. The restaurant was reasonably busy, but it had a pleasent and inviting atmosphere.Really good choices on the menu which has good explanations of the dishes so even a novice can decide what they will want.The prices are more than fair and the portion size were fairly large. The quality of the food and the flavours were absolutely fantastic.Overall a great place to eat!

Super delicious and authentic Chinese food! This was the first times we ate there because of the google reviews. We ordered some tofu dishes and they were both excellent in different styles. The dishes were in big portion. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The place is clean and the seatings are comfortable. Staff is attentive. Highly recommend it.
