I had a mint choc chip frappe made by Illinca and it was well and truly STUPENDOUS, and it was hand delivered to me by Kareem, who also Kareem'ed my frappe (he puts cream on frappes the best). I had a great time, and was particularly impressed as I saw Raj carry 10 bags of milk all at once! The tables were clean and it was overall a great atmosphere. 10/10 would drink there again

Costa coffee in Sainsbury's Cambridge: Nice light area outlet. Seating outside of in. Disabled: Can be accessed from the outside door, wheelchair wide. Parking bays outside very accessible. Well staffed and efficient. Good clean area. Laptop users, not too many. Comfortable bench type seating at side, or wooden stools or chairs. Much what you would expect from a brand outlet.

Incredibly slow and inexperienced staff membersWaited 15 minutes for a ice coffee and there wasn’t a queue.Coffe was good however but management needs to be assessed at this storeThis is the 3rd time I’ve had a experience like this here. When you pay top dollar for a coffe the service has to match also

Not happy paper cups, at 4 oclock, said no staff there was 3 of them preparing to close up, wasn't busy, even worse at Tesco on Newmarket road they had closed, short of staff I presume, it's really not good enough

Service is always great. Staff member Raj makes the best coffee! My oat latte was perfect, but my wife who normally wouldn't go anywhere else is thinking of going to the dark side and changing allegiance to Starbucks. She feels the soya milk used in her latte has changed! Apparently tastes like cardboard? Even Raj couldn't rescue the flavour. Have they changed the brand of soya milk?

Always good coffee at Costa. When I visited there was a short queue which took a few minutes to clear. Choice of non vegan foods was limited but we did get there just after dinner time. Good service but just a little slow.

The store is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. There's adequate seating but it can get rather busy, and with where it's situated it can get rather noisy as well so I wouldn't recommend it for a quiet coffee during peak times. It's a good place to get a coffee though.

The staff were really friendly and seemed happy to work there but the toilets are always in a really bad state (especially the disabled /baby changing one). I've gone in there on 3 separate occasions and it's always been disgusting. The other thing is that it's often ridiculously noisy in there. Partly from staff bashing machinery, talking loudly amongst themselves and dragging furniture around. The Costa inside tesco on Newmarket Road is much more peaceful, light and airy. That said, the rest of the place seems nice and clean.

The two girls in the counter were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The coffee was really good and we managed to find a table within minutes. Great selection of snacks. The mince pies over Christmas Time are amazing!Didn’t use the toilet facilities, so I cannot comment on that.If you beleive this review has been helpful for you, please don’t forget to press the 👍 button. we went to costa on a cold winter saturday morning and we found the place to be welcoming. The service at the counter was good, the coffee and the muffin were good. There were a lot of kids around, so it seems to be family friendly.
