Creams Cafe Cambridge in Cambridge

States open on Google and then refused entery…. Whilst they have bunch of their family there…. I usually go to creams at least twice a week and now I will not be returning! I was offered take away cups and honestly the size of those are so small and embarrassing that I honestly could not be bothered to even say anything to them and walked out with my family! Now I know why they are always empty!

All throughout my pregnancy I have been ordering creams milkshakes at absolutely ridiculous times (I think latest was 10 minutes before closing) and I’m truly so thankful that I have received my order each and every time even though I know it’s annoying getting an order come in so late (sorry) but Thankyou so much.!!A tad sad that they stopped doing the red velvet burrito as that was a bit of a craving for a bit but it’s cool I’ll forgive them haha

Not a paid review but did get free marshmallow toppings.Came to creams thinking I’d catch some dessert after dinner. We were a party of three. Ordered three desserts and the guys were kind enough to make a customised order.Order was on point and food was flavourful and amazing.Got a waffle, fruit sundae, coffee and some green tea.It was amazing. Neither of us couldn’t finish their portions.Truly an American restaurant experience.

Ordered for delivery, where they have photos of beautiful massive sundaes bursting out of their goblets. £10.65 + delivery fees later, and I’m staring at less than half a cup of messy sludge, closed with some cling film. Six spoonfuls and I had finished it. It’s very concerning that they aren’t embarrassed to their core to send this out and charge money for it.

Avoid. Disappointing.First (and last) time in this Creams. I’ve been to another Creams before and it was always nice! This one though, absolutely disappointing.Bad customer service, we had to wait ages for just 2 ice cream cones, on top of that, we paid £5 for each and at least we were expecting something nice and a decent portion, instead, we received the one shown on the photo. Is it worth it? I don’t think so.I will never go back and I’ll tell anyone I know to avoid this place.

We were having an enjoyable meal; the waiter started shouting at us (my friends are going to leave reviews too) because we added 4 Oreo bites to our order.

Large waffles with many tipping + some good ice-cream. Shame they are not open for breakfast

First time for us to visit Creams Cafe Cambridge and what a delight 😍😋The staff were super friendly and professional, they showed us to our booth and made sure had all that we needed while we dined there . The children loved the fact it was a Desert cafe and we all loved our different choices of Crepes waffles and ice cream sundae 🍨

I've been to this Creams a couple times before (usually for takeaway)Not sure what happened of late with the management but it was easily one of my worst experiences I've ever hadThe guy taking orders was incredibly rude and unwelcomingThey skimped out on using 2 kinder bueno packs (which they used to do). And the portion of ice cream they now offer is an absolute jokeTo top it all off it the waffle itself was gummy/soggy and I couldn't even finish it. Will not be going again

Yummy desserts, very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. What is more to say?
