Doubletree By Hilton Cambridge Garden House in Cambridge

The best meal of our trip, hands down ! We stayed two nights in the Graduate and actually only discovered the Garden House on our last night. We changed our booking from another restaurant last minute, which turned out to be a fantastic decision. The food was all top class, from the lovely starters (would particularly recommend the minestrone) to the delicious desserts. The service was excellent and very attentive. Don't miss out on this spot if you're in Cambridge!

Good quality food in the newly converted Hilton, definitely more interesting than the plethora of brasseries in Cambridge. However, felt overpriced (on par with London prices) and not blown away by the food. Flavours in the Cambridge burnt tart did not work. Also quite unusual to be offered bread and then charged for it.

The food was really delicious and the service was good. I thought it was a bit overpriced for the food and the dessert was a bit disappointing. Overall I would recommend it for a special occasion

Everything was amazing- the team, the food & the place. Such nice views of the river too. The mushroom mash and ice cream were incredible. We had a great time and we’ll definitely be back again!

Excellent restaurant with great service, unusual (but great) food and tip top atmosphere - there is also a glam cocktail bar for pre or post drinks if you are feeling lavish. It’s only been open a short time but I’ve already been 4 times although there are plenty of good restaurants in Cambridge. If you’re a little adventurous and want some really interesting food this is a great place. It’s also super easy to park your car. Give it a go before it gets too popular.

Went for my partner's birthday and we had a perfect evening. Lovely staff, a beautiful space and some of the most delicious / inventive food I've had in a very long time. Still can't stop thinking about the burnt cream tart with smoked cherries! If you like your food, Garden House is well worth making a trip to Cambridge for.

Honestly the best restaurant in Cambridge! Beats Ivy, Parker’s tavern, 22, midsummer house... Been here a few times so far and each time it’s been amazing and even good for value. Changing menu, amazing service, good cocktails, nice wine selection and insane food. No complaints!

Some of the best food we've ever had and beautifully presented. Great atmosphere and fantastic staff. Lyra knew the menu inside out and is a credit to the team.Live music in the bar after with a cocktail capped off a wonderful night - can’t recommend Garden House enough!

Without a doubt, the best meal I've had this year. From the moment we arrived, the staff were brilliant - personable and knowledgeable. The restaurant setting and wider bar area are beautiful, and you get the sense that your in for a fine dining experience but in an incredibly laid back and comfortable atmosphere. The food from start to finish was outstanding and incredibly well priced overall for level of skill on show, with the whole Brill being on of my recent food highlights. Can't recommend highly enough!

One of the best meals that we’ve had this year, absolutely delicious food. Lovely service, gorgeous new restaurant, fantastic cocktails, we can’t wait to come back!! This restaurant will be destined for big things!
