Lovely food friendly staff

Burger was quite nice, gave my dog some carrots and a water bowl for my dog. Cups/ glasses could be cleaned properly. Finger prints all over the glasses, very smeared too.Staff was very friendly.The counter where u pay was covered with liquid was not clean at all.Would like to see them bring their buritto's back loved them that was my favourite food here.Food 3/5Everything else 2/5

We came in today Sunday 23rd the service was excellent and the food was delicious the volume for the sports was perfect not to loud so we could still hear each other. The toilets were spotless with up to date toilet checks being made every hour will definitely be back in the near future

What a lovely pub. Just popped in for a quick drink and was greeted by who i believe was the manager. She was lovely, very welcoming and accomodating. The Team very friendly and served me with a cracking pint. Will return 100%, highly recommend. 👍

The good. Food was great allergy warning also for dairy and gluten etc. No scraps for the dog but a water bowl around back and free carrots. Bad but not really. Water stained glasses and forks knifes, smeared menu, wicker basket for condements was Sharpe, salt and pepper sachets made no sense and were hard to reach in the basket also. Puke or veggie in the men's toilet sink. On a whole freindly trained staff with decent out door heater's and music levels at normal for once. Trivially stuff I'm sure but if your paying the extra £2 or 3 extra for a burger,it has to deliver in some other level.

I give them 1 star because I can't give them 0.We made a dinner reservation for Christmas, there were 12 of us. We were emailing for a whole week and it was very chaotic. The reservation was around 8pm. Dinner day came and we ordered some drinks and then we started tdeciding what to order. Someone could order food through the mobile app, and suddenly no one else could - the kitchen closed at 9. NOBODY warned us about this, I could understand it if they were busy but the restaurant was EMPTY. We went to talk to the manager/the person in charge and she just repeated: the kitchen closes at 9. I wanted to let her know my frustration for not even giving a warning (the restaurant was EMPTY). I told her that the problem was NOT the closing of the kitchen, the problem was 0 customer service, the lack of empathy and respect of not even looking me in the eye while giving me an "explanation". We found ourselves on a Friday with our supposed Christmas dinner WITHOUT DINNER, and without apologies, on the contrary, the person was as rude as she could. I can't just understand why they take the booking, put drinks to us and then assume that we didn't want to order food. It's the most ironic situation in years. Definitely we are not coming back. Also I will let all my friends know.

Great food , great service ! Booked a table of 6 for a Xmas party and the staff could not have been more helpful . We had to amend our booking a few times as the numbers kept changing but they were really great . All of us enjoyed our food and the staff were so friendly they really made our night. Thank you

Went here with my boyfriend before we went to the cinema which is nearby , we each had a burger and they were really nice . All the staff who served us were really nice too and chatty , have been a few times before here and it’s always good and it’s not to bad on price either

Loved this restaurant so much! My partner and I stopped in here and had a lovely meal. Not only were the meals a bargain price, but the food was so good! I even got so full, that I had to take half home. This place is perfect for everyone! We will definitely be back.
