Welcoming staff who explained the menu and best options, have to admit nothing compares the the great burgers on taste and texture, milkshakes give you a lovely brain freeze but are so much better than any competitors. Oh and the chipotle fries have a nice after burn. Definitely my place to visit, no more big Mac's for me.

Better for takeout. The venue is relentlessly noisy and consequently everyone seated inside shouts, further increasing the noise. The food is good and moreish - but extremely expensive. I had a hot dog, fries and a shake and it was £16 and change! My goodness! Also, top tip - bring a Tupperware for all the chips they give you. It's far too much to be enjoyed in one sitting. Despite the price, the food is nice. But as a balance of cost, taste and environment, perhaps go to McDonald's round the corner (though you can't get a dog from McD's!).

Our first time at Five Guys and it didn't disappoint. A lovely lady called Domino (apologise if I haven't spelt it correctly) served us.We explained it was our first visit and she took her time to explain the menu to us. She congratulated my husband on running the half marathon around Cambridge (he was wearing his medal) and gave him a free drink. She was such a lovely lady and genuinely wanted to help us and make our first experience a great one.Thank you Domino for being so lovely and helpful. A great asset to your brand.

Really excellent burgers. Huge choice of toppings, but I'd recommend going "All in" as it give you a brilliant combination. The fries could be the best fries in any high street. Wonderfully crispy, but with a soft middle. Seasoning is perfect too. If that's not enough, you really need to try the milkshakes!!!Very, very highly recommended.

It was our first experience of Five Guys. The staff were very helpful and talked us through how it works. We were also given free bottomless drinks as it was our first visit. We both had 'little cheeseburgers' (only 1 patty) and chose our own toppings - You can see them cooking it for you. All the staff were really happy and singing along to the music playing. We didn't have to wait long for it to be ready. It was the best takeaway style burger I've ever had and the chips were amazing too. A bit pricey, but worth it. Will definitely be going back!!!

We've got used to McDonald's so much. With Five Guys, it's a case of pay more but get much better. The milkshakes are superb and they even tell you the name of the UK farm where the potatoes used to make the chips came from. It's an experience and you'll think twice about going anywhere else. Try it!

Filling, personalised burger joint with wholesome chips and special coke choose everything machine. Lots of space downstairs. Not cheap £50 for lunch for 4 including 2 teenage boys, with 3 drinks, 1 large fries. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Always dripping with grease, but tasty.

Wet burgers are not really my thing. But they do have decent chips and smoothies.

For the price quality isn’t there. The taste wasn’t bad but too fatty burgers. Chips were great but the way they were served to eat in is beyond me, Covid restrict things but not an excuse for the awful presentation at a premium price, burgers around £10 without fries, £5 for fries it is a large quantity so be mindful if it two of you only one portion should be fine and I was oblivious of that. Not impressed.

The burgers and hot dogs in Five Guys are overpriced and fries have to be ordered separately. Toppings on the burgers are less than what is requested. The way the food is served is also haphazard with the fries. Be aware for those with nut allergies, the fries are done in 100% peanut oil. I wonder why the toilets are blasted with loud music when customers are doing their business. Maybe it is the American way...
