Franco Manca Cambridge in Cambridge

I have to leave this review because of the management (female staff) there. They were literally treating the lads who were taking orders, bringing food out like dirt. One poor guy named Ben looked scared for his life. A female member of the management at one point shouted she wanted 2 of them split into separate areas. She was wearing a dress shirt and if you read this, please stop stressing out AND rushing your staff. They are magnificent, but the management isn't. The food was okay. Disappointing to see young staff treated this badly infront of customers. It's really off-putting.

We just moved to Cambridge and decided to try Franco Manca. We were really disappointed to discover that Franco Manca Cambridge does not deliver the same quality as others Franco Manca we have been.Pizza was burnt and slightly cold, which is difficult to understand when you are dining in.Definitely this restaurant needs to improve...as well as their app, there is always a problem with it!!!

It's a good place. The Pizza is the Italian one, with no compromises. Although not the best pizza I ever had, it is definitely a place I could come back to in the future. The location is nice but improvable, and could be a little bit too busy (also in the middle of the week). The service was nice, kind and fast, especially considering the amount of people that were in the restaurant. It's not possible to book in advance and this could be annoying. The only bad remark was the Tiramisu, not the worst I ever ate, but still really far from the original. I would never stress it enough; if there is cream on it, it is not Tiramisu. If you like cakes with cream, you are in your own right to do it, but not call it Tiramisu.

This was hands down the best pizza we have ever eaten. We went today and after a short wait for a table we ordered and received 2 fabulous pizzas. I swapped the cheese for buffalo mozzarella and had the number 2 (essentially a marguerita) and my partner had the number 7 pizza (seemed like a spicy meat feast) they were absolutely delicious! The flavour packed into these were sublime.Highly recommended and cannot wait to go back soon!

They look good, but they taste worse.It’s the forth time I’ve come in a year hoping to get tasteful pizza for what they look but also this time I leave the place disappointed.The problem I think is the dough and the pizza in general are not salted enough - once I pointed that out to one waiter when asked how it was, and he laughed at me asking me if I wanted to add salt on it.However, in Italy you can find worse pizza.

An absolute favourite of mine for a chain restaurant. Great value for money, fast service and exceptionally tasty pizzas. Please don’t pay over-the-odds for Dominoes, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut when you could come and have some REAL pizza here. Also don’t be afraid to just order a simple cheese and tomato pizza to really taste the ingredients. Indoor and outdoor seating, takeaway available too.

Decent pizza with chewy fluffy sourdough crusts. A lively and busy atmosphere. The salad was awesome. Big portion and delicious. Staff were efficient and helpful

Great tasting Pizza!!! We ordered a basil garlic pizza with mozzarella cheese and a couple of salads. The food came out quickly, it was piping hot and looked fresh. Tasted great as well. Although, the salad was a little disappointing since the quality was less than I expected, and the dressing was too sweet for my taste. Loved their chilli oil, and ended up by a bottle from them. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The place is worth a try!
