Awful portion sizes! If you don't spend like 10£+ don't expect to be filled up. Complete rip off. I wouldn't recommend this place even I'f it it was the last food source on earth cause you'll still end up starving.

Hmm… See my original review below. Savash is a wonderful generous guy who looks after his clients with perfect service. Unfortunately, the young chap who is now running the van is not so experienced at this aspect. If a customer (that would be me) says they are just about to make a decent size order and asks if you can put the meat in one box, and the salad in another, the correct response is “no problem!” The worst possible response is, “No I won’t. I’m too busy”. Especially when there is only one other customer who has only just arrived and it’s only early evening. I walked away and went elsewhere. I’m very sad about this. I loved turning up for a late night chat and a cup of tea with Savash.Original review from 2 years ago: Best baklava in Cambridge! And the most friendly service! Did you know you could buy baklava here? No?! Well you do now. Savash is one of those wonderful hard working people who have become part of Cambridge life. You owe it to yourself to visit him and help him and his business do well! When I was at college here, he hadn’t started. My goodness I wish he had!

You will be robbed by this place. Never pay by card they will add an arbitrarily large amount to the total cost to make up for their 1.69% transaction fee if they feel they can get away with it. I want to believe it was an honest mistake but it has happened to me and my friends more than once. If you want to charge extra for card payments use common sense and state that somewhere and do not charge random absurd amounts each time. Get off Madingley Rd with your dishonest business practices.

One absolute legend on a bank holiday Sunday evening, 6 hungry dudes. Amazing service, food was great, 10/10 would visit again, made a great day even better.

We have passed this place several time over the year and have always said that we should visit it for some food. Well tonight was the night as before we visited here another nearby pub had stopped serving takeaway. Well that is their loss now as this is going to be the place to visit now. The food was amazing both kebabs we had were freshly made and the gentleman who served us was very friendly and helpful. Its always the service that makes such a large difference and watching it be made fresh was also great.

This place is a legit kebab place. Doner Kebab is the best! Insanely so! Friendly folks running the van.
