Such good ice cream. Don't be daunted by the line; it moves quickly. Make sure you decide which flavors you want before you go in. I loved the Oreo flavor. Vegan options available.

Read a Cambridge tourist guide recommending this place as it offers interesting gelato flavors and decided to give it a try. Well I wouldn't agree on it as the flavors they offer are pretty much general. Its not the best gelato I've tasted but not too bad too. Overall pretty decent gelato. Flavors ordered (Honeycomb, Stroopwafels, Cinnamon)

Cherry and mango ice creams are so tasty. They are not too sweet and too strong. The textures are very soft and perfect.

I purchased two flavors, one pistachio, one chocolate.They really are so good!!! I love the ice cream here! The pistachio flavor is awesome and the pistachio nuts are thick and rich. The chocolate flavored ice cream is delicious too!I'll definitely be back for my next visit to Cambridge!

Really good place with friendly staff. Tried different flavours in different occasions and it was always delicious, very reasonably priced as well. There is always a queue but the good thing is we can order ice cream in advance so we don’t have to wait.

Love the choices they have. I went for my favorite on my first try though. Will opt for the unique ones on my next trip. I went right after lunch so it wasn't crowded at all.

3 triple scoops of ice cream for breakfast 4 days running, and once we had some in the afternoon as well!I usually stick to vanilla because so many flavours are too sweet, but Jack's flavours are all fantastic. Dark chocolate and sea salt sorbet, and tahini, were both spectacular, would have preferred my coconut without ripple, but all the flavours were pretty damned good.Well up the rankings of the best ice cream on the planet league.

Ice cream lover right here! The good flavors sold out by the end of the day so went with the simple vanilla and it was pretty damn delicious and smooth. And best part - line moved fast!

We love Jacks! Such a good range of gelatos including vegan options. They change their menu a lot. The shop itself is small and is often deservedly busy. It is worth it, even if you have to plan your trip a bit better. This is the kind of special place you show off to family ❤️

A solid gelato shop and a must-visit for Cambridge, situated very centrally. Regularly rotating menu and free samples on offer. High quality, creamy texture - lived up to the hype.
