·

Very poor quantity and tasteless lamb biryani, and madras Seekh kebab was undercooked Far more better places (Indian not Bangladeshi ) to visit in Camb town for good curry.

·

For the price it’s excellent. Very cheap curry, a tad oily, but for the price, can’t really go wrong.

·

Reasonably priced takeaway. The lamb madras was a little sparse on lamb and the naan was a little sweet but other than that not too bad.

Very dissatisfied with the service and the food.I ordered lamb biryani and there was hardly any meat, plus the meat was mostly joints and bone, so inedible. Plus when I called to complain they told me it was not lamb they don’t have lamb so they gave me mutton! Would have been nice to know beforehand! I also ordered lamb samosa but the meat tasted undercooked, chicken biryani which had very little chicken in it. The cauliflower side that came with the biryani tasted out of date. The only nice thing we got was the spinach and bread. We were also told that the food would arrive in 1 hour, but it came after almost 2 hours. I would really expect better food since it took so long, and after calling to complain I didn’t receive any apology, all I got was - nobody else has complained about the meat before, order next time and I will sort your food out for you, I don’t have time now.I would not recommend the food at all and I would want the restaurant to do better but given that they didn’t take my complaint seriously I am don’t think they will improve so I don’t intend to order here again.

Super delicious food. Very nice staff, who are happy to adjust dishes to your requests. Best curries I've ever had in all honesty!

·

Been using this takeaway since the 1990s and to be honest the food has been 99% fantastic! Maybe that 1% was when the usual chef was on holiday? Have never had such consistently good food over such a long period of time - thumbs up!

1st time ordering from here and definitely the last, food was cold, lamb was like rubber and rice really greasy, didn't dare try anything else The bin seemed to enjoy it though. Definitely avoid this one !!

·

Used to be good. Ordered last night, food was over an hour late, and the amount of meat in the curry sauces was very poor. Avoid.

·

Absolutely disgusted with the quality of food ordered. Spent £34.85 for two curry’s which had enough oil between them to tempt America to invade my plate. Ordered a kebab purée and the bread was partially raw. The meat in my lamb jaalfrezi was so tough it was like chewing leather and my peshwaari naan didn’t even have raisins. Dishes were tasteless. Avoid at all costs.

Previous takeaways from kismet had been a bit oily but nice. This time, the wheels well and truly fell off. We ordered online on a Thursday night and were quoted 1h10 until delivery (keep in mind we are literally a 3 minute drive away from kismet). We are disappointed but wait patiently. The time passes, no curry. We ring kismet, are told 10-15 minutes more. Eventually it shows up after an hour and a half, and what we got was greasy curry, disgusting nan, and tbf delicious garlic rice. Gave us awful stomach problems the next day. Cannot recommend on the basis of this shambolic performance.
