Mcdonald's Restaurants in Cambridge

Tonight we placed an order for delivery .1 salad ,1 big tasty,2 large fries and 1 balsamic dressing for the salad.Ordered through just eat,it took nearly half an hour to arrive,only 1 large fries,no balsamic dressing for the salad and was nearly cold.Tried to contact mcdonalds direct to get rectified and they didn't even bother to answer the phone.won't be ordering from them again and won't be recommending anyone else too as this is the second time they have got it wrong.

The restaurant is fine but the car park is an absolute shambles. Nowhere near big enough, cars stopping in stupid places to wait for spaces and blocking the exit to the drive through, people coming exclusively to use the 2 electric car charging points and just taking up other spaces until it's available. At the drive through told to pull into one of the bays to wait, no spaces, when we said this to the employee they said wait in the car park, also no spaces to which they just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know. Avoid this place if you can!

Good, glad to have the drive through option. Staff are always nice. Only let down is where its located and that being the only drive through, without having to drive to cambroune.

Slow service, waiting 10min on drive through then ordered my food then asked to park up and food will be delivered to my car. Waited another 10min to get my food. 20mins total. FAST FOOD MY BACKSIDE!

Was very un impressed with this McDonald's. Yes it was very busy, but it must be, every other week because its near the football ground, so I thought they would be used to it. My son and I ordered two meal deals, our order was being ignored, seven orders in front of our number 68 where done before ours, my son had to remark this to a Manager. But credit where credit is due, the food when we got it,it was very good and very tasty.

I agree with all the negative comments on here. This is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been. The food is always cold and it's the second time that I asked for extra pickles and extra tomato and got neither. Also, I get it that it's a FAST food restaurant BUT the way they prepare these burgers is atrocious! One opens it up to find all ingredients out of the bun so you need to start with re-assembling it first! Today I also asked for the curry sauce. Didn't get it, had to go back to the pick up window to ask for it and then the guy hands me two handfuls (literally like 10 sauces...) to which I said, two would do. I don't know what's with the handfuls of stuff, when I was placing my order I asked for some napkins and cuttlery. The girl could clearly see that I was on my own in my car but handed me 3 sets of cutlery and like a family size stack of napkins. I asked for just 1/4th of it.I get it, maybe it's about customer satisfaction but I'd be happy with just one set of cutlery and 2 or 3 napkins if my food was looking good and hot! Also...I will keep the extra cutlery but what about the environment? Most people will probably chuck it away!Overall, someone needs to sort this place out. I don't think I'll be coming back. I'm done with this branch!

I have made an order yesterday late evening, and I found a disgusting surprise in my drink and now I got sick. I still don't know if I got infected with Covid. People, stay away from this place.

Usual day at McDonald's looks like...entering...ordering...paying...enjoying in or out...job done...Happy days...😁...but no...not after our lifestyle was disturbed by covid...so now instead of enjoying "happy meal" with your kid or grab a quarter pounder in a rush at lunch...you have to enjoy the company of people standing before you in queue...so prepare yourselfs...on the other way... all single moms...dads...regulars or new go to McDonald's so you might shear meal or two with someone you just meet in queue...Recommend to people with a bit more patience on that day...

Very busy, especially drive through. Car park not very large but plenty of room inside restaurant. Staff very efficient having plenty of experience with football fans as football ground nearby.

A great place to stop for breakfast.It was a pity that our food was served in take away bags when we had ordered it for eating inside, this took away from the pleasure enough for me to mark this down as four not five starts, but otherwise a nice meal - the Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin is always a winner with my other half.
