My husband and I love going to this place for dinner dates. The tasting menu is always on point along with the wine pairing (we actually never had the normal menu since it is so good!).My favorite parts of the tasting menu are always the mains as they're still relatively small (as expected of a tasting menu), but they are filling and have powerful, wonderful flavors.I usually dress up for this place, but as long as you're dressed smart casual you feel comfortable here. One interesting thing is the toilets are on the 1st floor, so you need to walk almost out of the restaurant to get to the stairs, but the toilets are nice.

We ate here on a Saturday evening. As a party of 4 we had the taster menu (3 x full taster, 1 x veg taster)with 5 different wines.Every single dish was delicious and beautifully presented. I wouldn’t recommend ordering the wines. The glasses were not full size measures and the wines were quite poor. I’d recommended just ordering a bottle of something nice from the wine menu which would also be better value. The service time was very long however. We were seat at 7.45 and didn’t get our dessert until 11,45. I felt that 4 hours was far too long. Not much of an atmosphere upstairs so try and sit downstairs if you can.One again, food was worth it but you need to be a very patient customer to go for the taster menu.Would go again but to order a la carte

I had the tasting menu. It was absolutely stunning the best Asian food I've ever had and one of the best meals 😋

All of the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The food was excellent, both my wife and I really enjoyed It. Decent price for fine dining and the chaat was amazing. The best one I've had to date!

We had the 7 course taster menu and every single dish was delicious. The chef was happy to swap out individual courses with the veggie and vegan taster menus to suit dietary requirements and taste. Best Indian meal I've ever had - highly recommended!

Amazing tasting menu! Had a fantastic Christmas party here. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious and gorgeous.

Came here to celebrate my first wedding anniversary with my wife. Food was amazing. Loved the monk fish and chicken dishes from the taster menu. They also gave us the most delicious rose ice cream in the shape of a heart with happy anniversary written around it. If I'm ever back in Cambridge I would love to visit here again.

I had a really lovely meal. I went for the tasting menu - standard(vegan and vegi options). Really well created food and great value for money. I was driving so had one of their 4 mocktails. Would return!

Had the most exquisite tasting menu at this restaurant. Simply blown away by the food. You think the next dish can't get any better but they did!. The staff were all very friendly, explained the dishes as they presented them to you. The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice and it's very well presented. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a brilliant meal whilst in Cambridge.

Went for a date night yesterday and had some really excellent food. Every dish we had wowed us - even the Peshawari naan! Very refined and elegant dishes and generous portion sizes - larger than usual fine dining experiences. We had the hariyali machali (monkfish) and the malai chicken to start. The monkfish was very delicate and flavoursome, and the chicken was unbelievably tender and juicy. Then we had the nalli ka gosht (lamb ossobusco) and the Channai fish curry (cod) for mains - both just blew our taste buds. The dessert of Inspiration Kulfi Falooda was nice but nothing special. Nice to try something so unique and not overly sweet but didn't stand out like the other dishes.Had a bottle of their Brouilly red wine which was nice - notes of red currants and raspberries, medium bodied, slightly dry.I've knocked a star off for the very lackluster service. Everyone was very perfunctory and polite but did not extend any joy or smiles (you can see a smile in the eyes even with masks on). It's like everyone was a zombie. And I think they know it - when I paid the bill, the waiter handed me the card machine to enter my PIN without the opportunity to give a tip.I'd definitely go back again for the excellent food but I hope the service improves next time to include some happiness and kindness.
