Norfolk Street Bakery in Cambridge

Enjoyed the pastel de nata but the flat white was pretty bad, wouldn’t recommend this place for coffee!

It was my first time to try pastel de nata and I really really regretted that I just bought two. I should have bought more!! I will definitely buy more when I go to Cambridge next time!And also a slice of Lemon Drizzle was amazing too!

Lovely food and the cafe is nice, certainly a change of pace to the chain restaurants and coffee shops.However…. during busy periods the service goes downhill, constantly reconfirming your order as the food goes down the line is normal. Also the Norfolk Street branch does not seem to want to serve you, have stopped going in that branch.

One of the three staff members was rude but the other two were nice. Toilets disgusting but was a very busy day (Saturday - lunch time). Good food!

Best pastel de nata in town :D Creamy and generously sized.Apple tart and beef mushroom roll also tastes fabulous. One day I’ll try all the lovely baked goods.Flat white was alright, but it would be strange to eat pastries without sipping coffee.

I got a Rice muffin and coffee today. The muffin was special and I would come back for it, though the coffee was quite bad.If you happen to be around Cambridge station and want to get some bakeries, I do recommend this place. But there are other better options close to the station with better coffee.

The smell of freshly baked croissants, lurking in the air around the bakery makes me hungry every time I pass by. Great variety of pastries on their window every day

If you like excellent cakes with very good coffee, this is definitely on the list of great places in Cambridge. Especially vanilla custard filled cakes 😋.. There is a bakery retail as you enter, with small seating area in a room at the back, to eat in. From the wall pictures and style of cakes, there is a Portuguese influence, that's why these cakes are delicious. .

The best bakery in Cambridge with delicious Portuguese food, & excellent prices and service. We've been coming here for years and are never disappointed. The seasonal baking is second to none. You can't get better King cake or mince pies.

A lovely little independent bakery/cafe good coffee and a very tempting display of cakes, pastries and bread. There are 2 shops in the chain one in Norfolk St and the other on Station road.
