Pizza Hut in Cambridge

Door staff was really friendly and welcoming. Drinks available within minutes of ordering.Food didn't take too long and was of an excellent quality. Always nice to have unlimited drinks and ice cream for the kids.Staff were all polite and helpful.Shame I don't live locally, would definitely come again.

The staff were friendly and food was delivered fairly quickly after I ordered.The supreme pizza was very nice and the cheese bites very popular. The pepperoni pizza that boasts about how much pepperoni it has was a severe let down.There must have been a shortage otherwise I cannot see how an average of less than two pepperoni per slice of pizza matches their description on the menu.The "amazing" ice cream factory was anything but amazing. Stocked only with what I can assume is the bargain cake topping section the over frozen ice cream was not great for anyone.All in all nice pizza hut at over £50 for two to have pizza, chips and soft drink I was very disappointed

Visited Tuesday 22.2.22. Greeted by the manager and shown to a table advised that order at table or someone would come and take order. Never saw him again !! Attempted several times to use the QR code half the menu not available but wasn’t given this information when we arrived. Wanted to use Blue Light card but wouldn’t work, no staff showing any interest to assist or query if we had ordered!! Decided to try use 2 for 1 with meerkat meals, also no place to claim this using order at table and still no sign if any staff to assist!!Decided after 25 minutes to get up and leave and will certainly not be returning.Only two tables occupied so hardly rushed if their feet just clearly couldn’t be bothered, absolutely appalling !!!

Went there to get quick pizza at 9pm (one hour before closing) and was told that there is not table service anymore. The only good thing was that staff was nice enough to allow me to use toilet

Till 3pm Bad service.. waiting 20min before someone coming to us(not busy time)..new Team Staff start work after 3pm and was much friendly. Not happy. Pizza was good.

Enjoyed the lunch buffet. Mask worn when you enter. This is very much self service, you must order and pay via the app. People were given tables with distancing in mind. Staff cleared tables when you left, rather than during the buffet.Pizzas were delicious but a bit limited in variation. Salad bar was available with a good choice, everything looked fresh.It wasn't overly busy and the atmosphere was pleasant.

The food was alright but the staff are extremely impolite. The food takes long to get ready and is then shoved on the table by them. They talk rudely and even if you are sitting there eating, they’ll ask you to leave. This experience was very disappointing and will not be returning to this Pizza Hut. Very disappointed. In addition to this, our order included 2 desserts however because of the chaos, they slipped our mind. The Pizza Hut people did not even remind us about them until we left and then came back to ask for them. According to them we were leaving so they did not even bother reminding about it. To top it all off, they have kept their drinks dispenser next to the trash can which raises safety concerns. All in all very disappointing.

I love Pizza Hut, truly. I’ve been eating at them all my life. Sadly this establishment is not representative of the brand’s quality.I’ve visited at least 5 times in the last 3 years (Usually on my birthday) and almost never come away satisfied.Don’t get me wrong, the pizza is excellent.As would the unlimited salad bar and drinks machine be on the rare occasions that either of both of them are actually in operation!My problem with this site is that it seemsTo exist in a state of perpetual disrepair; Lights broken/missing (I ate in the dark on my last visit).Salad bar out of service.Unlimited refillable drinks machine offline (with no apology or replacement!)Last but not least, slow and dispassionate service.This is the only dine-in Pizza Hut in roughly 20mi of where I live, so I’m stuck with it…

We had a lovely meal today in the Pizza Hut , 4 pizzas fries ,salads and coleslaw . The staff were friendly and helpful and made sure we were all ok 👍 the pizzas were really tasty 😋😀

We had to wait a lot of time to get our pizzas , but after tasting the pizzas we thought they are worth the wait . Pizzas and toppings everything was good . Free salad bar and ice cream factory . unlimited drinks for reasonable price . They unlimited pizza buffet available for reasonable price .
