Last Saturday I had an amazing breakfast here. This week I returned and was extremely disappointed. For the large breakfast there was a 28% hike in the price (I can understand this given the war + fuel) but more of an issue was the fact they adjusted the plate to reduce the higher value items (sausage) and increase the lower cost items (potato) There was generally less on the plate. A number of other customers also commenting the same to the poor servers. Breakfast and coffee £3 more this week for less value at £12.95 - disgrace

Had a lovely meal here. Allowed the dog in the bar area. The calamari was one of the best I've had and Sunday lunch was spot on and filling. We nearly didn't eat there as they had the TV on full blast with just two watching. Couple next to us didn't like it either. Be a great place without the TV. If people want to watch TV bring a tablet and headphones

I went in with my sister for brunch and it wasn't busy, which was nice. I had steak and eggs with hash browns which was lovely and the steak was cooked perfectly, I asked for medium. My sister had eggs benedict and she said it was yummy! I would recommend this place for good food.

My husband and I enjoyed visiting The Robin Hood twice on our recent trip to Cambridge. We stayed at the caravan club site just up the road and was wonderful to find a warm and friendly pub that was in walking distance. The Tomahawk steak we shared on monday was melt in the mouth delicious and tonight (18th February) enjoyed another great meal.Very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

We went for Sunday lunch and both had the lamb shank. It was delicious - falling off the bone and came with all the trimmings. All well cooked with generous lashings of gravy and mint sauce to bring it all together. Reasonably priced and the service by Luke was exceptional. They also had a clever dessert option which is a smaller portion of the pudding (I had Bakewell tart packed with cherries) with a coffee for Ā£5. We’ll be back soon.

One of my favourite places to have breakfast. Nice design and comfy chairs and sofas. The service is always excellent. Their British breakfast never disappoints. They also organise social nights with karaoke and special quiz nights.Easily accessible by bus and they have parking space.

Pleasant evening spent here . Very good food and service. Quite a busy evening, but our meals were still served quite quickly.

Absolutely delicious food in an amazing atmosphere. I would recommend the ā€˜Buttermilk Chicken Wings’ and ā€˜The Gourmet Steak Burger’ - but be warned that the hot peri-peri sauce is incredibly hot!The staff are also very friendly and professional.
