We had eight assorted small dishes and it was a very pleasant experience. The food had a strong Shanghai flare, light and delicately flavoured. The place is clean, but could do with a bit tidying up to feel more welcoming. I'm sure it would have been a lot better patronised if done. Our favourites are the salted duck and the steamed chicken.

Horrific experience! It felt like sitting in a sheep pen as we were fenced in with a plastic screen, hardly any space to move at all. Food was alright, though portions are rather small.

I honestly question how this place is still in business. We are one of two tables here. Waited well over an hour for food, arrived one entree at a time with 10-15 minutes between entrees, and then was not even that good. The server and chef were arguing in the kitchen so clearly something was going on. Just overall a bad experience. With so many other places to go? Don’t bother with this one.

The hubs and I ate dinner here our first night in Cambridge. It was very clean and the food came out hot, fresh and delicious. I had the soup dumplings and he got the sweet and sour chicken. We loved it all! The staff was very kind and quite funny.

I went in because I miss the food from Shanghai. I didn't expect much as lots of restaurants name themselves sth but are not necessarily related. I ordered a few Shanghai dishes and they didn't disappoint. I plan to try a couple more dishes and will update this review after more attempts.

Despite restrictions, we still had a wonderful time here. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We had the mapo tofu, squid and broccoli, lamb and chili, Singapore vermicelli noodles. All great and we will be coming back again!

This cafe/restaurant opens at 11am, serves teas and coffee at very reasonable prices. Full meals also served. There is also outdoor seating. Service is friendly and efficient, and the place is usually quiet.

I really don't like to give a restaurant a one star review but this place was really disappointing. After reading other reviews we expected a lot more. There were about 5 people in the entire place and we waited an hour to get served despite there being 3 members of staff on shift. The steamed buns were alright but the tofu and mushrooms were truly awful. Literally just slightly salted flavourless sludge with uncooked tofu and mushrooms floating in it. Worst attempt at a dish I have ever seen.

Soup dumplings were great. Place is cozy and staffs were very nice.

I had the Chinese dishes here for almost two years now. They are amazing!!!! Healthy, fresh, beautiful, full of nutrients and incredibly tasty!!! The woman who own the shop is came from Shanghai and she really know about traditional Shanghai food and love her job so much! I really love this restaurant because every time I came here, I felt like go back to my home.
