Visited Starbucks today, staff very friendly and helpful, but my goodness the place hasn’t had a wipe down in ages by the look of it, the tables had smears and food particles on them the floor had the odd half eaten snack. After the years of deep cleaning we’ve seen because of covid this is completely the opposite, I felt very uncomfortable. There was a hand gel at the entrance but to be honest that really seemed half hearted. I’m sorry if maybe they are short staffed, and I do understand that is a problem, but they need to clean up the tables, it really is an issue and let’s not forget covid hasn’t gone away, and even so, it’s still not right to have filthy tables.

Decent coffee, pleasant service. Teenage son chose a place to come for a Frappuccino and he was impressed. Haven’t been here in a year but was impressed overall.

Despite being well staffed, it's generally rather slow at this Starbucks. Also the cleanliness is a touch lacking at the tables, toilets and the till/servery area.

Convenient location to grab a coffee and a snack. Free WiFi of a usable standard, but as can be seen from the picture, hygiene levels are slipping and as I visited yesterday as well I can confirm that one of the outside tables has not been cleaned in at least 24 hours!

I've had coffee from places like Starbucks before and I've never really liked it but the person serving today, rodrigo, had some really good recommendations and generally just guided me through the menu very well. I've never had a caramel Macchiatto before but it was so nice.Highly recommend for any beginners of Starbucks like me who need a little advice to get the best experience possible

Not a good visit to Starbucks today. Out of 4 drinks 1 was correct. (Couldn't take back as got them to go before driving home) am a very keen coffee drinker and have noticed the reduction In quality and standards here. Will give it a miss for a while till it hopefully improves.

I don't know what has happened to the service in Starbucks, but their new methods are not good. First they bluntly demand your name before you order. Why do I need to give my name? It's inefficient, comes with all kinds of communication issues, and is superficial if it's trying to sound interpersonal. The other thing is the up-sellling. I ask for a coffee, and they say "large?" or give you just two options - "medium or large?" Because I know the franchise well enough I can say "small is large enough" (their tall size is massive) rather than being trapped into buying a gigantic cup of tea. It's all corporate and underhand. The time it takes to receive a drink has increased. The reason I keep going back is because one thing Starbucks has always got right is its branding; Better than Costa and and other places due to its space, lighting, choice of music, and lack of background chatter because of the spacious table arrangement. But come on Starbucks, you used to champion good customer service. You've become robots.

One thing you can count on with Starbucks is consistency. The cappuccino I had was fantastic and really enjoyable. The shop was spotlessly clean and tidy and the staff friendly. What more could you ask for?

I usually have a nice experience in all Starbucks and I want the same in all places around the world. I didn't like 2 things about this place:(1) they printed a paper and place it in the glass with the order. I missed the part where someone write-down my name wrong and I need it as part of my experience.(2) the java chip frappuccino was too shredded.
