Stazione Restaurant & Coffee bar in Cambridge

Very friendly service. So far always managed to get a table. Food is freshly prepared and hot with plates warmed. Lovely Italian food.

Great food and lovely staff. We have visited many times, before covid and this was our first trip back. Great venue if your going to a show at the Corn Exchange as it is just around the corner

We were unable to book any of our choices of restaurant and were struggling to find somewhere with availability at about 6:30 last Saturday. We decided to try Stazione and went down the stairs into the restaurant. We were immediately welcomed with very positive attitude, of course they could seat us, a party of 6, even though they were busy. From there nothing seemed too much trouble and we all had a really pleasant evening.We had a bottle of 'local' Venetian white wine, which was lovely. We all had pizzas, which were delicious, and followed with equally tasty desserts.Although they were busy, the staff still came and looked after us, and we had great chats and were posed some puzzles. Absolutely great, and would recommend to all without reservation.

After being let down by another restaurant where we intended to eat steaks, I enquired to the owner as to whether he could put in a special order for our staff Christmas party for some larger steaks than they normally serve. He happily obliged, gave us a respectable price and we all had a fantastic time. The staff, service and exceptional steaks really made our night special.

Everytime we visit Cambridge we stop here. Super welcoming owner, always made to feel welcome and comfortable. Fabulous with our young family always willing to grab us a high chair and clean up the mess left by my toddler, despite our best efforts. Wonderful, tasty food. Even our picky teenager loves it here

Delicious Italian style pizza,very good staff

Me and a friend popped in for a quick lunch. Server was polite and we were seated quickly. Drinks came quickly aswell. We had a platter to start which we both couldn't fault. Fish was tender. Very nice overall. Waiter didn't check up on our food and didn't offer us anymore drinks. Our plates weren't cleaned until our mains came out. We both had ravioli and both dishes had a dry bland filling. I had the duck and orange and it was tasteless, if I wasn't told it was duck I wouldn't have been able to guess. Our plates weren't cleared and I had to catch the attention of the waiter to get the bill. The waiter did apologise for the food but nothing was offered in return for the bad food. When given the bill we felt quite ripped off as the prices were very high and we were then told that the service charge wasn't option. We paid 80 pounds for two courses we didn't particularly enjoy and now after a few hours we both don't feel particularly well

Family meal with Kids aged 10 and 14Kids hoofed their food, Dan (10) managing a full adults bologneise and garlic bread. I never thought he'd eat it but he loved it so much he went to thank the chef himself !My other sons fish was amazing too; fresh, huge and splendid batter. I had a pizza which was larger than I should have eaten but I could not help myself.We ate in the gazebo on the street in the evening, really nice to be outside and recieved pleasant attentive service. Best meal we have had anywhere as long as I can remember.
