Subway in Cambridge

The old lady that works here had the worst manners ever, so racist! Will never come again, do not recommend for ethnical people.

The business opening hours are from 7:30. And at 7:45 they are still not open. And I have to go elsewhere before hopping into the next bus. And just for that they deserve the lowest possible score. Giving 1 star makes me feel generous.

Never going to come again. I just ordered plant patty sub. First of all they don't have any veggies. Secondly, the price on the display said 6.19£ and they charged me 6.28£ and asked the guy he said so rudely the price maybe updated. Legally you can't charge much price. A note to the owner or manager hire good people. If I want can take Serious legal action. Worst place to come

Another tasty subway from one of the best subways in Cambridge. Always a clean store with friendly staff & fresh foods on display. I have visited many times now & never dissppointed.😋😋

Would give less stars if possible! Rudely told NO BREAD without apology! Surely working at subway a large part of your job is preparing the bread how can you be in a situation at lunch time with a 30 minute wait for bread!

I had mentioned the fly on the cheese and literally got told , what do you want? Like mate what is this. Is this a serious joke? Subway, where even the flys are fresh.

Since the staff who worked at Subway before lockdown have either gone to other shops or moved on to other jobs it has really gone downhillEverytime I go in to buy something there is only one person doing it all which makes it very slow and causes a long queue. They are always running out of stuff like meatballs etc .The service is not good as the employees don't seem to know what they are doing and there is usually noone to help them. Such a shame because it used to be good

The staff(she) didn't have any idea what ingredients to add to make spicy Italian footlong. She asked another staff member, but she failed to follow another staff's instructions; rather, she wanted to change the subways recipe to make spicy Italian that can become more profitable for the subway. She argued with another staff and said, "I will show you.". We ordered one foot long, but she charged us two 6 inches. She said the subway has a different policy that you are not allowed to buy a footlong if you share that food with your partner. I never heard this policy anywhere in this world.

The staff didn't really have a clue and also weren't quite prepared for a rush, no coffee machine working and then forgot one sandwich, Subway you can do better 🙄
