Cheap drinks in the perfect location. Everything clean and tidy despite being quite busy.

Argyle on tour!! We walked the river Cam tow path and beautiful it was too. The only problem is all the crazy cyclists coming at you from all angles!! Finally made it to pub and had Steak and chips, Burger and chips and a Jalfrezi curry. All very nice. Good service. Its very big with an upstairs area where we were. Disappointed with no Ruddles or a real ale alternative. Had a pale ale which was average...

·

Food great as usual, but there was a queue of over 100 people waiting to get in but it just didn't move. Luckily a doorman let us in.

·

Very busy pub... Must be popular... Service was fast but unfortunately seating was unavailable inside so had to sit outside.... Whilst the upstairs was closed???

Love the building with lovely decor. It’s two floor WetherSpoon. Quite quick service. Busy staff. Usual drinks n food. Nice atmosphere.

·

Staff lovely, food was cold. We ordered three burgers, the burgers and chips were barely warm but they replaced them without question. The second burgers were hot but chips were still barely warm. The manager refunded without any fuss. Shame the food was disappointing because we normally have a good experience at 'spoons.

Me and a friend came up to have a look at the uni and I must say, very impressed definitely the highlight of this wonderful city. The local crackheads made every experience in here unique and interesting. Some say its the biggest pub in England. Sausages are great too and the pink monster will have you wired all day

Cool place. Great selection of craft beers and ales. Great steak, delicious. The fries are perfectly fried in oil, but not overcooked. Excellent burgers, I also really like fish and chips, a large portion of delicious cod or some other, but very tasty fish, with a thin layer of very tasty batter that you can actually eat and not remove from the fish, as happens in some other places. The fried king prawns deserve special praise, although it is not clear why, they were excluded from the menu, but you have to ask the bartenders, they periodically appear in the pub. Many thanks to the cooks, they are great fellows! And also to all the waiters, cleaners and the manager in the hall. He is a wonderful guy, this manager, he manages to everywhere - to plant clients, to help the waiters, and even to help the cleaners if they do not have time to clean quickly. At the same time, the pub is almost always full of people, so the guys and girls work very hard, but their work is real pleasure. We often go there to eat and drink good beer, and until now I have not tried even half of the offered beers. I do not write about strong alcoholic drinks, I did not order them. I ordered a glass of red wine once, but I didn't like it, the quality of the wine is too simple. It was in the spring, they just opened after the lockdown, hopefully the wine selection has improved now. The prices for food and drinks are very affordable, without burdening any wallet at all. I am very happy with this pub and would recommend it to everyone.

Massive Spoons with impressive central atrium and upstairs / mezzanine area. They are currently (20-31 Oct 2021) featuring a Real Ale Festival - try the Blackberry Porter.Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Big place with plenty of seating and good Covid measures in place (eg screens between the high tables). As ever, the standard offering of good value food and drink. The steak was very good and tender.
