The Snug Bar Grafton in Cambridge

We came here for a meal on Thursday 10 March 2022, as it was my first time at this venue, I was impressed by a number of things, the service was very good, the food was excellent, and although when we arrived it was lunch-time, the atmosphere inside was quiet, but we did not mind that at all, I will certainly come back here again , and i recommend it.

I went there for Vegan Vice food which was nice, but not a fan of the venue at all...... dirty, rubbish music, not enough staff and drunk people falling over. I won't be going back!

Really nice place, has a really good welcoming vibe. Good cocktails, and not too pricey. The guy at the bar was really lovely! Will be coming again!

Delicious vegan fare enjoyed by 2 non vegans. Highly recommended the milkshakes!

Came in just to look at the menu as it was our anniversary and as we’d been to The Snug’s other location we thought we’d check it out as they had vegan vice food menu. We were greeted and seated upon arrival by our server Kat, she was so polite and had easy flow conversation, her product knowledge and drink recommendations exceeded my expectations! When I come back I’d love to see her again and I can’t wait to try all the new drink arrivals! Have recommended all my friends in the area visit and I’ll be coming back for my favourite espresso martini soon!

Maybe they are understaffed. But with all the reservations, you would think they are expecting how many tables have been booked etc., however, service is terrible, repeat our orders over and over again, still got the drinks/food order wrong. However after 30/40 mins wait, the food is fantastic, vegan burger/salada is amazing.

The Vegan Vice burgers and shakes are the best I ever had! And the Snug Bar's cocktails are so creative. One of my favourite places in Cambridge.

A fantastic visit to the snug Grafton along with vegan vice! Was served by Kat who went the extra mile for myself and my partner to asking all needs and being so so kind! Can’t wait to go back and visit again hoping Kat is working to see a fab person too! 💚

Accommodated 9 for brunch on a busy Saturday. Great service and food was a good standard. The music was excellent.
