It's quite nice staff quite friendly a locals pub

We drove our pony and trap there ,the landlady was very nice and welcoming and was happy with the pony standing outside

Booked a table at the wheatsheaf for Sat lunchtime 4 adults 2 children had 2 Lamb shank 2 cod and chips as they said came in fresh this morning one with peas one with mushy peaschildren had child's portion meals 2 sausages and chips and small portion spaghetti Bolognese lovely meals and had puddings all very good only 1 thing would have liked more veg with the LambOwners very attentive and friendly all very nice will go back
