Zizzi - Cambridge in Cambridge

Service was very slow, we were seated at 5pm and food came out at 6pm. We ordered garlic bread for starter and it never arrived. Pizzas were nice when they did come out but restaurant appeared not to be well staffed. Also toilets were not very clean. Real shame as Canterbury zizzi's is really good.

First time customer, Didn’t feel welcome upon arrival. We entered the restaurant and stood there for a while, both the manager and the waitress looked at us and did not greet us or ask if we were looking for a table… the waitress was right in front of us & clearly saw we were waiting to be greeted, she started eating and my wife then asked “do we seat ourselves?” The waitress continued to eat food and said, “I’ll have to check if we have a table”. Turns out it was a 45 min wait and probably best we didn’t wait for below average food.

Went for a dinner on my birthday and luckily my partner booked a table, it was absolutely packed and staff were off on their feet non stop, I really appreciated how they still made my dining experience special and took the time to look after us and all the other patrons. I had a lovely goats cheese and spinach ravioli which left me wanting more. The cocktails are great too

Warm welcome from the staff, attentive and helpful all the time of our stay. Food was as described and delicious. We have never been disappointed with our visits to Zizzi in Regent Street,

Loved our experience here. We were gifted a 3 course meal with prosecco and wine for our anniversary. The staff were very friendly despite being rushed off their feet. We were not made to feel any less important despite not spending any money (we have experienced this in a different restaurant chain when gifted a meal experience). There was quite a significant delay from our main meal to dessert but a few large groups arrived so we could see the staff were just non stop and whenever they did attend to us they were fantastic. It also gave us the chance for our meal to settle. Would definitely recommend Zizzi's cambridge to anyone.

Friendly staff. Good service and food was ok. I was missing lil taste in my food. Atmosphere was so cosy n nice. Not much busy.

Popped in here with family on Christmas Eve after visiting the North Pole on common. They managed to accommodate us without a booking which was great. Food was plentiful but some bits unavailable- the restaurant itself had a bit of a tired feel about it, particularly rest room areas - but staff were pleasant and attentive...

Polite staff who were attentive without being overbearing. It was a busy Friday evening but I didn't feel like we had to wait too long for our food. Tasty pizza and good wine.

Very friendly and quick service! Children had a great time and they were very accommodating towards us. The beautiful fire baking oven blazing away in the background certainly created a nice atmosphere and delicious pizzas!

My beautiful princess and I had Lunch here and I most say it's very relaxing and the customer service was great and the food was delicious 😋
