Domino's Pizza in Castle Point

Been waiting an hour and still not left the shop and won’t answer phone :(

Ordered Domino's pizza for the first time in a long while. Bit pricey for what it is however food was nice, not cold on delivery and delivered in a timely manner (about 25 mins from order) and driver was friendly on arrival

The WORST so called pizza on the planet. Try a very thin crust with fresh ingredients like the worlds best on Vikingagatan Stocholm Sweden. People have them flown in with private jet and they are the same price as yours.

Vegan options are great, but, I'm not Vegan, I'm lactose intolerant, so I need to have the vegan cheese, they refused to put anything that's non vegan on the pizza, I'm not a vegetable lover so wanted sausage and pepperoni etc.... so ordered the wifes pizza, and I'll have to stop for fish and chips on the way home so the pizza will be cold, I'm really disappointed and a bit disgusted that happened!!!

Ordered food, waited for delivery... 25 minutes after it had said was out for delivery I called up to get told the driver couldn't find your house (thanks for calling me to tell me!) they said they would recook food and send a different driver. After about 1 hour 20 minutes the food arrived only for one pizza to be so overcooked it snapped as you bite into it.

Good experience with this branch.... ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, arrived within the 30 minutes stated by chap on telephone... also we had a text telling us that our pizzas were on their way!.....gorgeous, hot & tasty pizzas, really enjoyed them! 😋..... well done & keep up the good work👍

Never had a bad experience here. I've always collected my order and it's always been ready to collect when they said, also the orders were always correct - unlike other pizza establishments I've tried.

Have been using this branch for over two years now. Had a few minor probs but these were sorted with no fuss.Always had good food, and prompt delivery and friendly service.Thankyou to the hard working staff at locking castle branch, we will continue and look forward to our weekly pizza!

Awful restaurant with extremely bad customer service. Rang up to request a decent helping of tomato sauce on my pizza after placing my order. I recieved an extremely dry pizza which I could only describe as bread with some toppings. When I complained I spoke to a helpful chap who apologised and offered to remake my pizza to an acceptable standard and also offered a complimentary bottle of coke to which I accepted, however within five minutes of hanging up I received a call back from a jumped up little twerp of whom was the store manager informing me that they will not be doing this as they thought the pizza met their standards. Anyway to cut a long story short the quality was awful and I haven't been back since after being a loyal customer for many years. Nice job Dominos.
