Kebab And Burger Hut in Castle Point

For the second time i got my donner meat and chips and it smelled disgusting like fish what makes it smell like that redemption on the burgers tho always cooked lovely

It's not the best, but most definitely not the worst either. Me n my son was getting hungry and decided to have burger n cheesy chips.We didn't get asked if we would like salad or any sauce.It was past to us in a bag all wrapped up to go.That's when we realised when we got home.But we still eat it.... Lol.

Have used these over the past 4 weeks all been great until tonight. Ordered a chicken wrap with chilli sauce lettuce onion tomatoes,cucumber and lettuce. Arrived pretty quick but without chilli sauce even after phoning the shop to ensure it was on the kebab. Shop very apologetic and set out another, arrived pretty quickly but not with the salad Ordered originally, arrived with cabbage and onions. On speaking to the shop regarding this I got a response that it was my fault, how that was as they just had to repeat themy original order

Wow, fab service. Wouldn't usually deliver off the Island, made an exception. Delicious, clean food hot, complimentary side orders given too! Would recommend the house kebab mix offer! Feeds a hungry brood of 6!.

We placed an order at 8:50 by 10:10 we still hadn’t got our order. We called and they told us our order was canceled when we had not canceled it!They then argued with us when we wanted to talk to the manager!They then called us multiple times harassing us saying we need to come and collect the order even tho that told us earlier on it was canceled!They then told us that we told them a different number that had called them after our call and apparently that made a confusion among the staff. Instead of sorting it out they were disrespectful and unprofessional about it!The staff are rude and I am not happy at all with the service!I don’t recommend this place to people!

Phone order was easy and very pleasant, had the chicken shish kebab, cooked perfectly, fantastic flavours lovely fresh salad, would of preferred it in a take way box to keep chilli sauce on chicken rather than it soaked in to the paper. Top marks all round and will definitely order again, well done guys 👍

Rapid fast delivery of my order, 20 minutes from online order to door. Friendly delivery driver. Food was great huge portions and all very fresh. Would definitely recommend.

Nice to see this kebab shop reopened and serving food to a good standard again. Last owner ran it into the ground and it got rated a 1 star by food hygiene inspectors. However today I saw the man who used to run cosmos in there, let's hope he don't run it to the same poor standards as Cosmo's

Went in at 12:45 (15 mins before close) they had already turned the kebab grill off but the turned it back on for us and they were genuinely the best kebab I have had in a long time! The salad was fresh, the meat was hot and not too greasy and the pitta was soft and toasted.
