Kfc in Castle Point

the food was not bad but the staff at the front is a total disappointment, no smiling face and most importantly, she makes a shape with her mouth after I thank her, they definitely need to be trained

I occasionally visit here when I'm shopping at Castlepoint.It is a fairly new restaurant, opened end of 2021, and is modern, clean and well maintained.The staff are super helpful and the food is always top notch.Always worth a visit. 👍

Took 25 mins to get half of my order in a unclosed box.. the rest of my order, chips sat in the hot counter and the coffee left half finished on the machine. Total utter disaster from start to finish and the girl didn’t seem to care either way. Other people got worse service and results than I did. Awful, avoid.

Waited by the checkout to pay by cash for over 5 minutes, to be acknowledged would of been fine but none of the staff even bothered to let us know they would be with us - this isn’t the first time I’ve received this poor service- i won’t be coming back.

Very fresh. Salad was a very pleasant surprise. Could not find single piece of chicken on the automatic vendor.. extremely pleasant Nigerian lady resolved the problem at the till.

Tried to order on line prior to going to outlet to collect but could not get order to accept. Went to KFC quite a queue. Group of youths outside being moved on by security Service very slow seemed to be concentrating on Delveroo etc orders. Staff gave no impression of any customer care..Food was the usual. KFC please revert back to French Fries

Awful service. 30 to 40 minute wait for food after placing order. Not one of the staff had the decency to tell the 20+ people waiting for their food what was going on. Most of the delay appeared to be because they were prioritising the uber and other delivery drivers.

Dreadful service, at least 10 minutes to get the server to take the correct order, followed by another 30 minutes wait for our order. The order was missing items which we had to go back and ask for, no cutlery provided for sides the only positive was the food was hot. Wont be going back again.

The food was poor, but the people working here are leng as ****. They were incredibly helpful. Two of them had glasses, and were exceptionally attractive. One a larger structure and one of a smaller stature. There was also 2 more leng guys, one blonde and one Asian. I digress, the staff were excellent.

What fast food place would offer youa large drink charge you for it and then when you collect the drinks with the take away say to you we don't have any lids if you want lids they have to be regular? This place would! Oh also they employ someone that gets your order wrong.
