Mcdonald's Restaurants in Castle Point

We not locals didn't new were it was,sat nav took as in the shopping center and that's it,no sign or anything it was in ASDA shops corner,kids needed loo they haven't got,so afternoon wasn't good.Order was missing fries and sauces.

I was impressed with this McDonald's as it was forever being cleaned. Every available table was clean as was the floor. Well done. Also I love a BigMac and that was yummy.

Each time when I visit McDonald’s the quality of service is as expected,Todays McDonald’s is way out of standard my order wasn’t complete and I was already away when I checked my order, and the lunch time should be 11:00am which hasn’t happen today,:(

Great for cold food, no straws, missing x5 dips and a medium fries appears like half a small fries. Better off going to St Paul's Rd

Not great. Lots of menu items missing. Waited ages for our order and when I took it to our table it was missing fries, kid's drinks and fruit bags which were clearly marked on the order receipt. Sloppy service and lots of mistakes.

Alright, not the healthiest; we are all well aware. But always tasty, well priced, and very convenient when you really can't be a***d to cook. The restaurant is kept very clean too, despite the lazy people who don't clear their own waste from their table. This is always quickly dealt with.

Overall, amazing food and drinks!However there is a but in this review...I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget box at order 18 yet order 21 had a bigger order than me for 3 people and got it before me! Though Food was very tasty and hot ☺️All respect they work very hard tbh

Worst Mc Donald's Management Ever. From basic staff to the shift manager all rude, nasty, disrespectful and discriminating. They treat customers badly Mc Donald's staff MUST be trained properly. JUst because its fast food It does not give them the right to treat people badly. They have to be polite, helpful and cheerful. Everyone at that branch make you feel unwelcome. As if their employment is a punishment or even community sentence They cant wait for their shift to come to an end. Female shift Manager and Blond girl with lots of spots on her face are the nastiest.

As a brand one of McDonalds' USPs is that the experience is consistent so you know what to expect, however this outlet is a poor example.They only have a small kitchen so don't do the burgers which contain larger patties such as the Quarter Pounder with cheese.There's often just one person on the counter rushing around while everyone else is dossing about in the kitchen and drinking milkshakes; others are socialising in the office.Despite the reduced menu they still insist on trying to cook everything "fresh to order" even at busy times, so a big queue can form, with a load of customers waiting around for their order to be called out. This means you can't really just nip in for a quick cheeseburger after you've done your shopping, which to me goes against the whole concept of "fast food".

Really bad, no salad,and the little salad they put it was yellow and old salad, dry bread worst burger ever, I give a start on review but you deserve less,
