I can't recommend this Nandos enough! It was my daughters 15 birthday and they went above and beyond to make her feel special with her two friends and were very generous, helpful and kind...she said it was the best birthday ever! I will definitely be returning as was very impressed with the amazing customer service and of course the food is always yummy too. Thank you so much 🙂

Thank you for the birthday meal that we paid for and did not get. You kept us waiting 2 WHOLE HOURS , after 2 hours we were told there would be no food :( .my advice don’t order food from Nando’s go elsewhere as you will be let down by Nando’s .how a company of this size can be so badly organised is unbelievable .you should not be advertising a service you are not providing .i paid for a meal for 6 people you let us down .i can assure you we will advise as many people as we can of the very poor service service from castlepoint nandos

Firstly was a 25 min wait. Then they got my name wrong when we was seated there was minimum food on the menu…..Service was absolutely horrendous.I eat at Nando’s in London all the time. This venue would give them a bad reputation.

Normally Nandos are great. However on this occasion, food was left under hot lights for nearly 20mins before we got it..they all seemed very busy with Uber Eat and Deliveroo orders and not concerned with the diners in the restaurant.As a result..Side salad was warm, chicken in the pittas was cold. When we were asked how the food was, the answer came back..."ohh sorry" and waitress moved on .. she was not interested.In all, a dissapontment, but one we hope is an isolated incident, as normally we love Nandos.

The food…. Nice. Hot, tasty and chicken…. The not being able to book online, but having to book on the app with a qr code when you are there… then wait 20-30 minutes… defied logic!! Chicken breast was on the paper menu but not on the app you are asked to use….. requiring some further working on me thinks. Overall, very nice. Just a sign of things being implemented quickly and the odd bug being missed. The same staff were helpful and sorted out what they could. In all could be worse, could be better! (Nice food though)

Been going here for years but came across the most unprofessional member of the management team yesterday (Nicole), it has gone down hill greatly. Staff swearing behind the kitchen with customers in the restaurant, walking around with cigarettes in their mouth, serving undercooked food. What kind if establishment are you running here? A kindergarten? Not even an apology from the “manager”. Instead she was waving her hands about and talking like she is a gangster. No customer service skills at all, basically don’t give a toss. That’s what happens when you put a 21 year old immature child in charge.

Service was really kind but "slow" and we had to ask for everything, WE didn't even have knives and forks given while others did. The side salad to avoid to our taste Still a lovely experience !!!

Efficient system after reopenings after Corona. Always delicious. Table orders are made via their website. Somewhat reduced menu but all core chicken goodies are still available. If you haven't had a chance to get the corn on the cob, just do it!
