The Oyster Fleet in Castle Point

Very good place to stay after work. The shower's water pressure could give nice spa massage to your shoulders, if not cut a steelplates with it...😉Only 1 downpoint is some "hotelguests" who not consider the resting of others and shouting, making noise overnight.Fancy beergarden next to a lake, just behind the hotel.

My wife was having the girls over for a night so I decided to check into the Oysterfleet for the night.30 drunk women maybe some blokes dream but it's my worst nightmare. Stayed in room 25 a lovely suite overlooking the lake.I was informed when I booked that there was a function happening downstairs but it didn't bother me as I sleep through anything anyway.A lovely lady checked me in and gave me all the information that I needed and i had an extremely comfortable night in a very clean room with a great view.All good for me and I will definitely stay again next time with my wife and have a nice meal.Thank you.

The steak was so well done I could have worn it. In fact my dog wouldn't even eat it was so over done. Lovely looking place tho

Overall very good but bedrooms need a refresh with walk in shower wet rooms. Rooms are not cleaned to a high standard . Beds are old.

Amazing hotel (facilities) great pub, with excellent choice of drinks and snacks, outdoor seating, with an amazing view of the lake, and just to top it off, a superb restaurant.

Visited to see the Dr Feelgood band. Fantastic venue with a nice outdoor space for the summer.Good selection on the menu. I had the Cajun chicken burger, fries and coleslaw which was very good and very reasonably priced.

Booked a room online directly through the website 2 hours before was due to arrive. When we got there, we was informed the room was unavailable due to a flooding. Wasn't offered complimentary food or drink for the inconvenience whilst we tried to find alternative accommodation. We had travelled an hour. Reception was not helpful. Would not recommend this hotel.

Booked a quadruple family room for one night, was fit for purpose. Room was larger than expected and had everything we needed. Only given 4 stars due to the fact we couldn't get cold water from the tap and bathroom needs updating.

The noise is beyond ridiculous, people fighting in the hallway, staff aren’t interested.If people turn on their shower you can FULLY hear it in your room. I know that because I’m here now. Hell may be less noisier and nicer, if I’m honestPlease avoid, I’d rather sleep in my car. Far nicer and less noisy

We spent in this hotel 2 nights. I was surprised by the size of our double bed rooms, it was huge. Everything was nice and clean. Only negative was when we came back to room after day out and the room smelled by bleach. Fortunately it was possible to open windows and let the fresh air in. My friend's room's windows was not possible to open. Either than that everything was fine, very nice staff.
