Big 10 - Smoke & Grill in Central Bedfordshire

We have just had a birthday party there for 14 and i cannot stress how much of a success it was. We have pre ordered and food was prompt and delicious (as always, we are regular customers). What we were very happy to see is that the Big 10 Team properly looked after us. They were very attentive with drink orders and clearing the table regularly. Nothing seemed too much of an ask. All guests were very impressed, for most of them this was their first time in Big 10. I always recommended the place to local friends and family, but it needs a proper shout out now 😀

Went the other day for the oepn mic ngiht. Not going to lie the place was a little small for an open mic. Only a handfull of musicians but it was a nice atmosphere none the less. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. Did feel a little in the way with the open mic area by the bar as you walk in. But couldn't knock it.

Great place. Superb food and reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again if we are passing.

First time trying this place and my wife and I loved it. Top quality food, friendly staff and good portion sizes! We will definitely be getting more food from here.

Average service, average food. The restaurant is very cramped. I don't know if they are trying to be quirky by using what I think is up-cycled school furniture, I wasn't a fan. The food is served on cheap plastic crockery. The steak in my Philly cheese steak was quite tough and did not taste like it had been seasoned, the three cheese sauce was nice though. I was disappointed to have paid almost £4 for a pint of Coke, which was clearly from the bottom of a large bottle, as it wasn't very fizzy.

Nice place but a bit on the expensive side.Food was delicious and drinks were fun.Recommend the sweet potato fries!

ITS A BIG 10...Lovely place, with a cute upper loft area that will get hot but is comfortable. Very unique styling like an American 60s, surfer diner...Food is great flavourful and well cooked. I had the brisket 1/2lb which was heavy and filling like all brisket. Generally this type of food is quite fatty, e.g ribs but that's what you're getting.Price is fair, leans towards expensive but not ridiculous. Browse some photos to see it for yourself, well worth a visit, and a triumph if you like cheese.
