Cafe 8 in Central Bedfordshire

Good quality traditional cafe style food at reasonable prices (but see my note at the end of this review!). Portions are very generous & well cooked. We dined in so not 100% sure if they do takeaway food (probably do). Staff are friendly & have good sense of humour! (well, they made me laugh anyway!)Be careful though, as staff will offer you loads of extras, which can bump up the bill quite a lot (especially if you're greedy like I am!). A large burger meal that was very reasonably under £5 ended up costing me nearer £10 as I agreed to some extras! To be fare though, it was completely my fault as I didn't pay enough attention to the menu, as all the extras prices are clearly shown!!!Would still recommend this place though & will visit again.

Poor food all cheap frozen food omelette was awful mrs Cumberland breakfast was also horrible won't be going again

The management is rude and over charges on his meals and drinks not same price as menu all extra and illegal.Keep watch. CANT BUY DRINKS any more without food. He refused to serve me my husband and friend as we order coffee. I had already eaten before they came in and still refused. He's rude also to his staff. and has been known to pay 50p to boil water for a poached egg 1 star is generous would be half a star

Over charged every single time & very cheap produce. When questioning the owner about being over charged each time he was very rude and told me to leave. RUDE!

Good service, nice quality food,and ask for the small chilli sauce if you like fire!

Done this cafe now for the fifth time. Great community, great service. Great team. Going to Be my new regular in Biggleswade. I take my baby in with me. The cutlery is in his size. So please go. I'd recommend 👌.

It was clean enough and the staff were friendly enough the but the quality of ingredient was a bit on the cheap side. It was cooked well but cheap. The bill wasn't cheap though.

A nice small cafe with tasty food and pleasant prices. The best was the side salad from 9 kinds of veggies!
